I went in there two times and both managers bre and Anna were being rude and disrespectful to the staff and even left to get food in the middle of their shift and this happens often the food was okay I will not go back(I had talked to employees as well to back up this information)

Employee this morning was rude. I walked in 3 minutes early but I had to go stand back outside. I was the only one there at opening. I would think if you wanted sales you employees might be a little nicer or hospitable. I don't understand why employees are so rude anymore..

I was not asking to be served. I would have been happy to sit and wait. Apparently that's against the rules?

Don't unlock the door if you don't want people coming in early. Which is what she did.

I am very sick with GI issues and I am trying to make better choices, but I might not come back to this location.

Terrible service. Asked for dude perfect smoothie. They don't offer it anymore. No problem. I asked her if she could do something close. She told me she had no idea what was in it. I found the ingredients, and read them off to her and she acted like I was asking her to climb everest... wouldn't look me in the eye when I got to the window, took my card and handed me the smoothie without a word. Very disappointing.

Cash register wouldn't open, so I watched my drink sit in the blender for 10-15 min. Once the problem was solved, worker realized the drink had melted. Worker just shoved a bunch more ice in it and reblended. When finished, it still was nowhere near to filling the cup...so he did a trick that I'm sure they are taught and shook it around so it covers the sides and looks full and handed it over with a smile. Terrible experience when I'm paying $10+ a drink. Response?

I find it weird and terribly awkward that I’ve now encountered this Caucasian employee ( Shannon?) on two separate occasions now and wanted to make it aware that the captain/leadership role may not be the best position as this employee fails to showcase leadership skills. Each time I’ve encountered this employee she either doesn’t know and after will state there is no supervisor/manager available at this time to assist. (All my questions/concerns are along the lines of custom ordering or substitutions that I know are options because I’ve done them before. So with today’s encounter as I worked in the food industry and fast food, there is a crew leader for each shift so I asked her who’s running the crew (because again asked for a substitute and immediately told me no manger was available and she didn’t know if she could make the sub) she then says to me we have captains I say ok so that would be you? She ignore the question. I left it at that. She’s wears the purple shirt with captain on the arm sleeve it’s obvious your leader of the shift at the moment. When in manager leadership roles, when running your shift, you make the executive decision for the company and customer and although she’s not rude when approaching, she does lack leadership skills which should be addressed.

A bit disappointed I received my drink about 2 inches from the top and without the spinach I paid to add in. Unfortunately, in a pinch for time and had to just take what I got.
