So I went to the smoothy king on DuPont in Fort Wayne indiana and Jessica was not very helpful. She just wanted me to order. She wouldn’t make any suggestions. And once I got to the window she looked at me with an evil glare. Not speaking at all. No thank you. Nothing. She is part of the ongoing bad service that happened in America. Another employee handed me my drink and closed the window. My drink even melted before I got to work. I don’t work far. They had to have done that on purpose because those drinks last longer. I will never go back. But I hope they have a good day. It cost 0$ to show excellent customer service!!!!!!

Is the prices high yes. But if you look at it as an meal replacement it makes it worth it. Good smoothies but it is a hit of miss on the quality depending on who is working. They do offer deals if you get there app.

Horrible owner, I’ve went a few times and every one of their employee's are amazing, except for the owner. She has been rude to me on multiple occasion, and went as far as too refuse me service all because I gave her a weird look after she was being rude to me.

Says they’re open at 7AM. Came in at 8:30, no one answered the intercom. Lights were off.
I went to the Smoothie King down the road, they were wide eyed and ready to serve me at 8:35.
We had an online order and when we walked in, they didn’t say a single word to us for over 10 minutes. Eventually, we were greeted. Not really the best customer service if you ask me. I mean, at least greet us and say it’s gonna be a minute. Is that too much to ask? Also, before they started making it, they communicated that they were out of a key ingredient in our order and then waited another 5 minutes to even start making it after that.
