Great location, options, and owners. The past two nights (9/8 and 9/9), I came over from the gym at 8:30pm and no one would answer the drive thru. I understand I’m cutting it close to closing hours, but if that’s the case then don’t post hours of operation until 9:00pm. Given the poor experience on back to back nights, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

2 people in the store and 1 car in the drive thru. It took literally 15 mins to make the Hulk, which is a strawberry smoothie. Instead of making drinks one was standing by the register while the other was doing dishes for the first 5 mins. Then when I asked the lady making it how much longer she thought it would take, she looked at me like I'm the asshole.

So I went to the smoothy king on DuPont in Fort Wayne indiana and Jessica was not very helpful. She just wanted me to order. She wouldn’t make any suggestions. And once I got to the window she looked at me with an evil glare. Not speaking at all. No thank you. Nothing. She is part of the ongoing bad service that happened in America. Another employee handed me my drink and closed the window. My drink even melted before I got to work. I don’t work far. They had to have done that on purpose because those drinks last longer. I will never go back. But I hope they have a good day. It cost 0$ to show excellent customer service!!!!!!

Is the prices high yes. But if you look at it as an meal replacement it makes it worth it. Good smoothies but it is a hit of miss on the quality depending on who is working. They do offer deals if you get there app.
Horrible owner, I’ve went a few times and every one of their employee's are amazing, except for the owner. She has been rude to me on multiple occasion, and went as far as too refuse me service all because I gave her a weird look after she was being rude to me.
