The fact that a business as popular as smoothie king doesn't have change for a $50 is sad I don't care if yall just opened you should have change for atleast $,100 dollars ridiculous ?

I love Smoothie King, I visit this location most frequently because it's close to home. The staff working there is always super friendly and my drink is always blended perfectly. I've never had a problem with any of the Fort Wayne locations, this one is probably my favorite out of all of them..

(This photo was taken about a minute after the bowl was handed to me)I asked for extra PB and was given a few squirts of OB with a small watery blowout I even asked the lady who made it if I could get more because it didn’t look like extra - she said she did put extra … if I’m paying extra for something in which is already a product on the item I’m buying, I expect extra - not the same amount you’d give anyways.

This used to be one of the better Smoothie King. Unfortunately it has really gone down hill in the past couple months. I'm seeing the same filth each day I don't recognize anyone in there anymore so maybe they are going through some issues training people. They no longer greet customers and are a bit rude. I asked the person if I could speak the manager and she said she is the manager. I explained my smoothie had ice and her response was that's how smoothies are. I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with her attitude so I left. When I finished my smoothie it had a round thing at the bottom. I figure it was the protein powder that didn't get mixed up because smoothies are supposed to be smooth. it's very disappointing. I will give it some time before I give them another chance. Fortunately this area has newer competition that will force them to step it up if they want to keep in business.

Love Love Love Smoothy King! I have never had bad service or a bad smoothy at any one of the locations. Always receive friendly service and superb quality. Can't wait for Pumpkin Smoothies. They are my all-time favorite, and I wish they were available all year! I guess that's the only bad thing I can say.... Pumpkin isn't available all year long. ??????

Was in drive thru waiting , menu light on .. 8:52pm.. apparently was closed all of a sudden… when there was a car in drive thru getting a smoothie at the window when I was pulling around building . The places says it closes at 9pm. But apparently not when an employee makes executive decisions.. and I come with my family , 5 smoothies every time .. at-least two times a week.. between door dash and drive thru.. this experience definitely annoyed me .. for sure !

Went to smoothie king and had bad experience. The girl with freckles and brown hair was not nice at all, and she gave us the wrong order. my drink was all watered down and tasted awful. I didn't want to ask to remake it because the lady was not very nice.

First time goin there, the people we're so nice! I love the Angel Food Cake smoothie with Peanut butter added!!! So good and happy with the large size! ❤?

I ordered a 20oz chocolate gladiator smoothie with bananas and peanut butter. I was given a 32 oz strawberry, and when I said I had ordered a chocolate one, the already made strawberry smoothie was dumped back in a blender, chocolate added, and then put back in the same container and given back to me. I’m not entirely sure what SK’s procedure is on remaking wrong orders, but I’m fairly certain what happened isn’t it. $8 wasted on an already pricey smoothie… I think I will have to consider other options in the future instead of SK.

i went to smoothie king the other day and grace heitzmann made my experience absolutely delectable! she let me know what was in the smoothie i was ordering and what i could sub in and out. she did an amazing job.
