I stood at the counter for about 7 mins, location Jefferson blvd. Only 2 ppl were working inside the store. I was never acknowledged coming in the store nor standing patiently at the counter. The began to ring and the worker walked right past me with no acknowledgement and answered the phone. I won't be coming back here! The prices are too high to even have an experience as such. You get my money, not here. Sucks!!

The young man did not say a single word through the payment and him giving me my smoothie. Horrible customer service and so rude. Really should work on that. Every other smoothie king in Fort Wayne is always super polite, but for some reason this location has issues.

This place is slow slow slow. I have 1 order that is pickup and I get here and it's not started. Employees moving like molasses and there's only 1 customer in the drive thru. Service is terrible. Im waiting for a smoothie not a full meal. This is quite ridiculous.

There was a hair in my bowl! Excellent customer service, but the cleanliness needs to be a higher concern, the drive thru countertop was filthy.
I love Smoothie King, don't get me wrong but I was very disappointed today. I went thru drive thru around 1:15 to 1:30 today and got a 32 oz angel food. As I was drinking it on my way back to work, I found that I kept getting little pieces of plastic in my mouth. They must of not have realized when they made it that there was plastic in the drink. My drink had tons of little plastic pieces in it.

To be fair, they were training a line of new staff and the manager gave us free 20oz smoothie coupons. If they get the cash register staff figured out, this will be a great location to visit.
