We stopped in on our way back to Indianapolis. Got in the truck started driving and discovered my boyfriends smoothie was HORRIBLE! It tasted just like water/frozen. He ordered the GLADIATOR. Tried to call the store SEVERAL times and they would just pick up the phone and HANG UP!!! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

I've been a weekly smoothie king customer for almost a decade now, and I've been disappointed enough that I'm considering stopping my patronage. I've noticed a considerable decrease in the quality of my smoothies over the past several months. Upon further research, I found that in the last few years, the nutritional value of the smoothies has decreased significantly while the size remained the same. This means they've been skimping on the actual smoothies and filling up on ice. There was no public disclosure of this recipe change. This, with the considerable price increases over the same time period, is disheartening. My biggest disappointment was when I reached out to customer support about this and received no response.

Ordered two smoothie bowls today. A berry bee sting and the other Coco colada. We never tried the coca colada, it sounded very good! We were handed a warm soupy mess with minimal fruit toppings all sunken to the bottom (unnoticed until we were halfway home) The berry bee sting was up to par per usual. Very disappointed. Especially since they pulled me up to wait an additional 10 minutes for what they gave me. I'm curious to know are these smoothie bowls pre-frozen and then microwaved? I'm confused as to how it was so frothy warm and melted.

It’s 7:30pm on a Wednesday, not a holiday or anything like that. The inside is locked (I assumed because there was only one employee working but that wasn’t the case). We get back in the car and go to the drive thru and the female taking our order was VERY rude and rushed us with our order. My sister is with me and she’s never had smoothie king so I asked her to hold on just a moment. Dawson was extremely sweet and Friendly. I hope his good mood spreads to her. He deserves a raise and is the only reason I rated 2 stars instead of just leaving a negative review.
4/26 at about 3:45pm went inside and there was nobody at counter. I went to the restroom and there was no paper towels to dry my hands. Had to use napkins. Went to front counter again and nobody was around. 1st time at Smoothie place. Not a good impression

My wife and I stopped in to grab a smoothie tonight, and as we were walking in the 2 girls working were shaking their heads and were visibly annoyed at the fact that we placed an order over an hour before closing. Also, we overheard rude comments being made about other customers in the drive-thru. One comment being they were going to tell the customer they were out of a certain item so that they didn't have to get it back out (this comment was also made an hour before closing). Point being we won't be visiting this location again anytime soon...

Went to the OTHER location at 8:30am. Lights off no one answered the intercom.
When I came HERE at 8:35am, was greeted with a huge smile and an amazing smoothie.
As a consumer, would like to make this known.

Would give zero stars if I could. Drove all the way over here and the staff not only ignored me at the drive thru menu, the drive thru window but also locked the doors 10 minutes prior to close. Why have business hours if your staff dictates when to stop serving customers?
