Love the new location and the employees at this Smoothie King. The store is so clean, the service is top notch. Heaven has waited on me the last few times I've been in and she's always working hard and very kind! The store also has a drive up window which is super convenient and quick!I typically place the order in the app when I'm at the light off if I-69, and by the time I arrive, the smoothie is waiting for me!

Didn’t recognize the app rewards and blamed it on “the app messes up all the time”. Requested a manager call me back and no call back. Service has a long way to go at this location.

Terrible costumer service. Ordered one drink and she told us to pull up without even asking if we wanted anything else. Then had to use a different card from original and then she handed it to us and just walked off without saying anything.

Nice variety of smoothies to choose from or you can make your own creations. I like the healthy options and the ability to modify the smoothies. Pleasant staff and useful app to get the order going.

Always a great experience, even had a great experience when just one employee was working during the lunch hour. If I could I would hire him in a heartbeat based on his speed, efficiency, fantastic attitude and professionalism!
