I used to love Solbird, and don’t get me wrong, the food is great. But lately, the customer service has been absolutely horrendous.
Firstly, they’re closed the entire week of July 4th. Which I can understand, but google says they are still open. And instead of having the company phone turned off, they had someone manually declining calls. This made it feel like they were just ignoring our calls as it would ring a different amount of times, and then get sent to voicemail.
Then we called once from a different phone hoping to get an answer, and when they did they were incredibly condescending and rude. Saying, “Don’t you ever take a holiday?” In a very rude tone. Personally, I don’t know of any other business that closes for a week for the 4th of July.
Once again, I completely would’ve understood if they didn’t handle the situation terribly. If you’re on vacation, why take the work phone with you?
I feel like this situation could’ve been avoided completely if they would just have a voicemail that says they’re closed.

Stopped by for chips and guac. I thought both were very good. The chips are thick and seasoned. The guac was fresh and tasty.

The music was so loud for lunch time. It is a small restaurant. It was hard to carry on a conversation. The wait staff was loud when greeting new patrons. The food we ordered was delicious. If we eat here again, it will be a to-go order.

The food was very tasty. It is a bit expensive For the portions especially the burrito.
Bar selection is good and fairly priced, especially the beer 🍺🍻.
I would for sure give this small place a second try .
Just some very mid tacos. Full blown hipster vibe. Kinda over priced. 100 bucks for 3 of us to have tacos and apps for lunch. 🤷♂️

Dollar for dollar, the best value and food. You won't find stuff like this in the Fort. One of the best experiences I've had in forever. The best food, music, service, and overall vibe. 10/10 will be back. Often.

Fortlandia Irish red was solid, pork carnitas taco and Korean BBQ shrimp taco, loved both of them. We will definitely be back.
