I've been to Solbird five or six times since they opened and tried something new each visit; I have never been disappointed. Being a sucker for queso has prevented me from trying the salsa until this weekend and I'm here to say that it is the best salsa I have ever tasted in my life. The staff is great. Super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. I had 3 street tacos and the verde arroz. The rice was so good. It had great flavor and texture. The Korean beef taco was so good. Everyone in my party loved it. The Texican was another favorite. The other tacos were equally delicious. I don't always love authentic Mexican tacos but with all the extra fusion toppings and the way all the shells were prepared really made it the best.

We had spicy margaritas and kimchi fries with tacos.
Prices were good, Food was hot and delicious. While our server was struggling, other staff stepped up to help, making sure water was filled and chips replenished.
Fun place to catch up with a friend. Would recommend.
