I went to speed way just for one of their slushy drinks and they had a sign that said they are not selling them due to Covid. I know of a few other speed ways near Fort Wayne that are selling them. I was not too happy.

This is not the place to go. We have been on the road for 16+ hours traveling for a family funeral. When the lady at the cash register didn't understand what we were asking her for, my mom tried to explain as best as she could. Instead of listening to us, she proceeded to raise her voice and yell at my mother. Then when I go to check out I overhear her talking to a coworker (while she has customers around her counter) very hatefully about the situation. We were in no way being ugly or rude towards her, and that's definitely not how you want to be greeted when you've been on the road this long, and also no way to talk to your customers. I understand that Covid has effected a lot of businesses, and that everyone is doing the best they can. But customer service has nothing to do with covid, and this place was definitely lacking in that department. Will no longer be getting any more of our business.

Why do your signs advertise $2.18 a gallon but the pumps charge $2.22 with no discount for using the Speedy card? Isn't that false advertising? Guess I should have taken pictures and posted those as proof. Not good business practice and I will be back at noon to take those pictures!!!
