“My favorite hangout for karaoke night“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“

“The food was wonderful. Delicious, great portions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order and another 6 minutes to get a to go box. Besides that, the food was awesome.“

“Boys said the lanes were great to bowl on. We were here for bowling tournament. 54 lanes in total. Arcade area, pro shop, bar area, concession that sells appetizers, meals, and pizza as well. Staff were great. Only gave a 4 because their parking lot is in desperate need of repairs. Huge holes that they have to put orange cones in so you don't damage your car.“

“Well this was a great experience eating at this Applebee's. Sat at the bar, the bartender was friendly and very efficient. It was nice seeing the restaurant staffed with enough people to provide good service. Unlike Clinton Street. Food was great and timely for the amount of business.“

“I went for the first time last night. It was karaoke night the atmosphere was fun. The bar is very small which I don't mind. It only had one bathroom per women and men. And the parking sucked . That's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.“

“We are some what regulars at arena .love to sit on patio ,but the patio needs a good cleaning. A good hosing off every couple day's would be great. and to bad the patrons can't use the ash tray instead of patio floor.“

“Birdie’s is a huge gem in the crown of Ft. Wayne! Great drinks, creative menu and bartenders/ staff are top notch! I highly recommend stopping here should you find yourself in the “Fort”. If you’re fortunate you’ll find Tory who is very talented in mixology , she is witty and funny. Also an unforgettable bloke, Richie, who will do everything to make sure you are happy. Love it here !“

“I'm only rating based on having the loaded tots at a birthday gathering. Tots were pretty good, just didn't deliver on the first item listed in the description: beer cheese. Other than that, lots of other cheese, delicious, and large portion. Our waitress was great, she and the kitchen were just way overloaded for our party size, and they knew we were coming. Craft beer offerings were decent, but I'm a craft beer nut so I'd push them to have a little more availability especially with their location, nice atmosphere, and the popularity of craft beer. Speaking of the atmosphere... It's modern, clean, well appointed inside. I gave it 2 stars because it was so unbearably loud, and that was almost entirely our party's noise, not even the music or a band. The space is crying out for some sound dampeners.“

“Amazing local bar in Fort Wayne! Food was great, drinks were perfect and service was excellent. Abby was our server. She was super friendly and knows the menu well and was ready with suggestions for us. The Veggie Burger was phenomenal, as were the green bean fries. The atmosphere was diverse and welcoming. Everyone from the staff to the other guests were super chill and friendly. We stopped on our way to Michigan to catch the Super Bowl, which was being played on so many tvs I couldn't even count them all. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone passing thru the area or to anyone local looking for a good local bar to make their "local".“

“We ordered through the app for a door dash delivery. It was picked up, never delivered. Door dash wouldn't help but the store manager made a 2nd order and brought it to us on his way home. We know he added a few stars in his crown today, even brought us a few dessert! Much appreciated from out of town guests at hospital with a sick child. Thank you!“

“Got a delicious order of buffalo Mac. The chicken (I chose grilled) was a little done and the slices were very small, but for the dish price I expected as much and it was still very filling for me. I almost needed a box to go but I powered through the dish. Friends got a tower of Michelob ultra. The chilled mugs were a nice touch, but they didn't stay cold very long. Will definitely return to this location and try more items on the menu“

“I usually love this place but last week my husband and I placed a pick up order & one of the burgers was super salty and couldn't eat the fries because they were so hard and the other burger was supposed to be mushroom and swiss & there were no mushrooms on it. Very disappointing.“

“The food prep and flavor was spot on delicious? Service was quick and the staff friendly. However, I asked for ranch with my appetizer and got see ed the regular dipping sauce, had to ask again. Also, ordered extra pickles and grilled onions on my burger...it had neither. O asked again for extra pickles and got brought a side cup of those and went without the onions. Dods the staff communicate here or is somebody just not reading the ticket? I know it's the little stuff but the little stuff really contributes to the overall experience.“
