“My favorite hangout for karaoke night“

“The food was wonderful. Delicious, great portions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order and another 6 minutes to get a to go box. Besides that, the food was awesome.“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“

We like the lanes at pro bowl West. They are better than a lot of the other lanes in town. They also have really good food there believe it or not. The gutter balls were definitely not what we were expecting and we would not order those again. However, the pizza and the fries were very good. The service was good.
I would recommend getting a smaller size than what you normally wear in their bowling shoes. Overall, a really fun night with the family. We will definitely be back.“

“We are some what regulars at arena .love to sit on patio ,but the patio needs a good cleaning. A good hosing off every couple day's would be great. and to bad the patrons can't use the ash tray instead of patio floor.“

“At first, we weren’t quite sure where to go, but in the end we decided to give this little “local bar” a try — and we’re so glad we did! Early in the evening it was pretty quiet, but later on the place really came to life. There was a jukebox where you could play your own music for just a few dollars, and we ended up singing and laughing all night long.

The drinks were delicious, and the nachos are definitely worth recommending. All in all, it was an unforgettable night out in the USA — a great mix of fun, good vibes, and friendly people.“

“Their new bowls are fire! It was cooked to perfection! I would definitely come back to this location and try it again. This is the bowl I was speaking of in particular....New Orleans flavors, such as blackened shrimp, Andouille sausage, Spanish rice, and creamy Cajun sauce“

“Birdie’s is a huge gem in the crown of Ft. Wayne! Great drinks, creative menu and bartenders/ staff are top notch! I highly recommend stopping here should you find yourself in the “Fort”. If you’re fortunate you’ll find Tory who is very talented in mixology , she is witty and funny. Also an unforgettable bloke, Richie, who will do everything to make sure you are happy. “Had a watch party hosted by the IU Alumni Assn. IU is your national champs!! We had wings and pizza, and both were acceptable. The wings would have been better if they had a crisper skin. It was kind of rubbery, but all the sauces were tasty and not too spicy.“

“My grandma and I got locked outside our car at the gas station next door and had to wait for roadside assistance to arrive. The staff were very kind and understanding and allowed us to sit inside for as long as we needed, not even a purchase being a requirement. My grandma is disabled and cannot stand for more than 10 minutes so this kind gesture meant the world to us. Thank you guys immensely. Great place!“

“I usually love this place but last week my husband and I placed a pick up order & one of the burgers was super salty and couldn't eat the fries because they were so hard and the other burger was supposed to be mushroom and swiss & there were no mushrooms on it. Very disappointing.“

“We had a great birthday dinner experience at this restaurant. They, unfortunately, do not take reservations. But our server, Dora, did a great job accommodating our large party. Food and service was fantastic. Loved the new bourbon menu items.“

“Got a delicious order of buffalo Mac. The chicken (I chose grilled) was a little done and the slices were very small, but for the dish price I expected as much and it was still very filling for me. I almost needed a box to go but I powered through the dish. Friends got a tower of Michelob ultra. The chilled mugs were a nice touch, but they didn't stay cold very long. Will definitely return to this location and try more items on the menu“
