“My favorite hangout for karaoke night“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“

“Love there Food and Arcade“

“Boys said the lanes were great to bowl on. We were here for bowling tournament. 54 lanes in total. Arcade area, pro shop, bar area, concession that sells appetizers, meals, and pizza as well. Staff were great. Only gave a 4 because their parking lot is in desperate need of repairs. Huge holes that they have to put orange cones in so you don't damage your car.“

“Amazing wings, drinks, service, and atmosphere. On another note I call the wings here some of the best wings in town.“

“One of my favorite bars when I go out with my friends or my girlfriend. the food is good especially their breaded mushrooms and it's just a nice relaxing atmosphere. they have pool tables and darts and I like going when they have karaoke and John is there doing it.“

“Well this was a great experience eating at this Applebee's. Sat at the bar, the bartender was friendly and very efficient. It was nice seeing the restaurant staffed with enough people to provide good service. Unlike Clinton Street. Food was great and timely for the amount of business.“

“The karaoke is... entertaining. Some regulars are fantastic, but some people get absolutely trashed and make poor decisions. I feel bad for the bar tenders. Speaking of them, they're great! I asked one to surprise me with an entré since I couldn't decide so she made me her version of a bbq burger and it was fantastic! The jalapeño poppers not so much.“

“We are some what regulars at arena .love to sit on patio ,but the patio needs a good cleaning. A good hosing off every couple day's would be great. and to bad the patrons can't use the ash tray instead of patio floor.“

“Awesome little hole in the wall, bar neighborhood, Lauren, Grill, Jeremiah, and and Hershey amazing bartenders always know what you want before you even want it in my life spent New Year’s Eve together and came here for the ball drop had our first kiss of the new year seen some old friends and had a drink. I don’t go out much, but when I do I love to go here, thanks Matt thanks Jeremiah for awesome night. They also have karaoke here quite a bit and it’s always fun to hear the good singers and funny to hear the not so good singers love this place.“

“Cold in there and good food“

“I stopped here on a whim and I’m so glad that I did. The service was absolutely incredible. The bartender, Jeff, was the most personable and delightful person I have encountered in a long time. Despite being by himself and busy near/after closing his service never wavered. Such an unexpected and fantastic experience. Thank you!“

“I'm only rating based on having the loaded tots at a birthday gathering. Tots were pretty good, just didn't deliver on the first item listed in the description: beer cheese. Other than that, lots of other cheese, delicious, and large portion. Our waitress was great, she and the kitchen were just way overloaded for our party size, and they knew we were coming. Craft beer offerings were decent, but I'm a craft beer nut so I'd push them to have a little more availability especially with their location, nice atmosphere, and the popularity of craft beer. Speaking of the atmosphere... It's modern, clean, well appointed inside. I gave it 2 stars because it was so unbearably loud, and that was almost entirely our party's noise, not even the music or a band. The space is crying out for some sound dampeners.“

“Amazing local bar in Fort Wayne! Food was great, drinks were perfect and service was excellent. Abby was our server. She was super friendly and knows the menu well and was ready with suggestions for us. The Veggie Burger was phenomenal, as were the green bean fries. The atmosphere was diverse and welcoming. Everyone from the staff to the other guests were super chill and friendly. We stopped on our way to Michigan to catch the Super Bowl, which was being played on so many tvs I couldn't even count them all. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone passing thru the area or to anyone local looking for a good local bar to make their "local".“

“We ordered through the app for a door dash delivery. It was picked up, never delivered. Door dash wouldn't help but the store manager made a 2nd order and brought it to us on his way home. We know he added a few stars in his crown today, even brought us a few dessert! Much appreciated from out of town guests at hospital with a sick child. Thank you!“

“I usually love this place but last week my husband and I placed a pick up order & one of the burgers was super salty and couldn't eat the fries because they were so hard and the other burger was supposed to be mushroom and swiss & there were no mushrooms on it. Very disappointing.“
