I’m really upset.. normally I come here every morning before work, get my usual coffee, placed a mobile order this morning, went through the drive thru to pick it up, and took one drink of it and ended up having an ANT!!! A FREAKING ANT!!! In my mouth!!!!! I’m horrified!!! I immediately while I was in the parking lot still, dumped out the drink. Went without coffee for the day. I’m so disappointed!!! ☹️

I waited about 10 minutes when i walked inside to be acknowledged in any way. I watched drive thru and immediate responses were normal. I guess it's their focus on online folks and drive thru over walk ins, maybe too busy, etc. The food was ok, hot and as expected. The drink I get at Starbucks to gauge them all was good. Love the sitting place outside. I can watch ppl going the wrong way in Jeffersons one way. Guys coming up to ask for money. City life! I love that part and the decor is great, old gas station or auto service place. Overall recommended just wondering about priorities.
The service was great. Went 3 times and each time was great. I wish the Starbucks in Indy were as good as this one.
