I waited about 10 minutes when i walked inside to be acknowledged in any way. I watched drive thru and immediate responses were normal. I guess it's their focus on online folks and drive thru over walk ins, maybe too busy, etc. The food was ok, hot and as expected. The drink I get at Starbucks to gauge them all was good. Love the sitting place outside. I can watch ppl going the wrong way in Jeffersons one way. Guys coming up to ask for money. City life! I love that part...

Their coffee & food is very good! The coffee is pretty consistent each time I order. What's most important to me is their awesome customer service! They always greet you with a smile & are happy to help!

Parking: Most times there's somewhere to park, but on occasion when they get busy might be a little difficult to find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: Not sure about a kid's menu, but kids are definitely welcome there!

While my husband and I don't live in Fort Wayne, our best friends do! So, we frequent this Starbucks location consistently. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. They have never messed up our order. And I'll admit I can be really particular about how I want my drink made. In fact, I am not a coffee drinker per se. I only order a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and crunch on top. Yum!!
