I ordered the new peppermint hot chocolate the person behind the counter thinking he was asked for help someone came over to help I said what I wanted again and I guess I didn’t say it exactly right cause she rolled her eyes and said it back to me again. I asked for a small and got a large now I know why it was so expensive also it supposed to be iced and it was still hot stirred it around forever and then there was so much peppermint that it was worse then having a shot of alcohol told them about it and they would only replace it with a hot coffee that cost half the price NEVER RETURNING!

I’m disappointed to see this is the second year Starbucks has gone without bringing back a fan favorite & my personal favorite seasonal drink- Toasted White Chocolate Mocha. Instead they kept the gross toothpaste flavored peppermint mocha. What a shame.

horrible . i went in and they were not busy she took one order went to make 3 drinks and it took her 10 minutes then she would not scan my card off the app while any other starbucks will and i went a couple weeks ago and she did . this is ridiculous this isn't the first time i have gone there and had terrible service . they also need more than one person working at once .

My best friend had a complicated "tiktok" order and the barista was willing to make for her. The barista was quick and it was extremely delicious! We were extremely satisfied. The barista was extremely funny and personable as well.

I was here on Halloween evening and, although it was busy, the Starbucks employee with red hair was so kind, helpful, and professional! She deserves both a promotion and a raise!
