I was truly blown away by the service I received in the drive through line today. I knew that I wanted an iced tea but I could decide which. Sky was incredibly friendly and made a suggestion (which is now permanently going into my drink rotation). She was so sweet and friendly when I got to the window. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and an excellent example for Starbucks as a company. Thank you for making my day brighter, Sky! 😊

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Eleysha is AMAZING! She remembers me by my order and she always brightens my day. I will go out of my way to go to this Starbucks just to be able to see my favorite barista!

This Starbucks is near my apartment building and I thought I'd walk there( no car ) to treat myself since it had been a couple weeks since I had been at any Starbucks in general. Never been inside this one and was concerned it would be busy bcz of Father's Day. It wasn't, but it was also later in the morning. I got my usual of the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. Yum! Yum! 😋😋😋😋 It was so good! Staff was great and the place is run very efficiently!

I was door dashing and a vehicle pulled out in front of me and the customers coffee spilled all over myself and my car. So I went to a Starbucks closer to the customer house to get new coffees and they wouldn’t help me. Said I had to go to original Starbucks. Which is 15 minutes away. I was 4 minutes from this Starbucks when this happened. Horrible customer service!!! 0 stars if I could. Never heard of a billion dollar corporation that won’t give 2 black coffees back to customer!! Definitely calling store and corporate.
