I was door dashing and a vehicle pulled out in front of me and the customers coffee spilled all over myself and my car. So I went to a Starbucks closer to the customer house to get new coffees and they wouldn’t help me. Said I had to go to original Starbucks. Which is 15 minutes away. I was 4 minutes from this Starbucks when this happened. Horrible customer service!!! 0 stars if I could. Never heard of a billion dollar corporation that won’t give 2 black coffees back to customer!! Definitely calling store and corporate.

I stop at this particular Starbucks in Fort Wayne quite often when I have to travel. I've never had a bad coffee or food from here and today I see some new faces working here. Keep up the good work and all of you are awesome. My carmel macchiatto is really fantastic and the double smoked bacon egg and cheddar sandwich was hot and fresh as always.

Love that they have cocoa milk as a substitute for milk always tastes good, the only thing I get upset about is when they don't have cinnamon dolce to put in my frappe they seem to run out of it alot , oh well I guess a lot of people just love the taste like I do ...
