Love that they have cocoa milk as a substitute for milk always tastes good, the only thing I get upset about is when they don't have cinnamon dolce to put in my frappe they seem to run out of it alot , oh well I guess a lot of people just love the taste like I do ...Dietary restrictions: The have alternatives to milk

There's an all new morning crew. They didn't remember the cup discount, I ordered a dry cappuccino but got a grande latte because they like to fill your personal cup to the top. Hint--you get a "grande" but a grande has 2 shots of espresso, a tall has one. My coffee was watered down because they think they're doing you a favor. Starbucks hasn't made REAL cappuccinos in years because customers don't know the difference between a capp and a latte, and they complain.

I placed an Uber Eats order for an iced Americano black. I waited 10 minutes for them to start working on my order, and at 10 minutes they canceled it because they "couldn't get around to it". This was at noon by the way, not a high volume time when everyone wants coffee on their way to work. I work from home so I couldn't go pick it up. They can't get to an order of water and a couple shots of espresso? They need to figure out how to reduce wait time or hire more people.

I have been going to this location for 3-4 years and have always had great, friendly service. I don't remember ever having a bad experience here! The drive thru line can get long like any Starbucks, but they move cars pretty fast through!

I love coming here and usually have no problems, unfortunately today I came through and got two drinks both special. One was correct and tasted delicious the other however was made wrong. Disappointed, but didn’t have the time to have it fixed.
