Stopped for a quick coffee to find that the store was low on staff. Despite that, Will did an awesome job at taking care of us and made the best Americano I've ever had at this location. Great place to stop!

Coffee is good traffic backs up and blocks the entrance into the shopping center and block Lima road creating an unsafe traffic congestion.

This store is right across the road from where I live so I come here frequently. Since covid, most of the time it is quite dirty inside and out and the staff is not friendly inside. They are very slow, unless you go through the drive-thru. I waited over 25 minutes today for a tall pike hot coffee. The girl making drinks was very slow while there was a room full of people waiting for orders. Most of the the time my brewed coffee is lukewarm and today when I asked for my coffee after waiting 25 minutes, she asked my name to look for my order and gave me my coffee without adding the cream or sugar in my order. This place is not worth the time. The other location on Lima (#124) in front of Meijer will get my business from now on, when they re-open. it is out of my way but coffee there is hot and made as requested and they are friendly.

Incredibly slow. Only one employee making drinks for all walk-in customers and online orders. Other 3 employees were servicing the drive-thru. Waited 30 minutes for 2 small drinks!

Waited almost a half hour for a mobile order. The was no line in the drive thru. They did not appear to be understaffed. I will not be back.

30+ minute wait for a mobile order is just ridiculous. This location will clear the drive thru five times over before making a single mobile or in store order. I had to wait 5-min just for someone to acknowledge me at the register to get a refund. They didn’t even apologize for the wait - and they weren’t THAT busy!

Yikes. I waited a very long time for my mobile order (so did everyone else). I was surprised because it was just a dark roast, nothing fancy. Waiting would not have been so bad, but the Broadway show tunes were BLARING. Watch out there's a mess on the floor. Come on, Starbucks.

I saw a male (new) employee ask a doordash driver to see his phone and to confirm.However, the person before him wasn't ask. Infact, two lady's from doordash came in for orders and he didn't ask them for confirmation.He singled out the man because he looked like a biker. Won't be going back.
