This particular location seems to never have any mobile orders ready at the time of pickup.
Prime example- this morning, my wife and I ordered 2 coffees at 8:25, knowing that if we left the house at 8:55, they’d be ready. We gave them a 30 minute window(!). Turns out, they had no coffees done by the time we walked in at 9:00. One of the coffees was finally ready at 9:05, but the other still somehow had 15 other drinks in front of it.
This is a recurring problem at this location. Would not recommend.

Horrible. My last visit here I went through the drive through. They handed me a drink out the window. It wasn’t a drink I ordered they handed me another drink, also not a drink I ordered. They handed me a third drink and once again it was a drink that I hadn’t ordered. At this point a woman came to the window threw it open and yelled at me and said “I’m the one making the drinks just tell me what you want!” I literally didn’t do anything but order two coffees and they kept giving me iced and hot chai teas, and this woman comes to the window and yells at me? Absolutely wild!!

I don’t normally come to this location, but sometimes due to location I need to I feel like I always get the wrong drink and I ask for a refresher with water and always get lemonade. I make it very clear that I want it with water and get the wrong drink what is so hard about making a refresher with water? Then when I go in to get it changed, I get attitude when they’re in the wrong making me feel like I’m unwelcome and will probably never come back to this location again.

Rude and unfriendly team. Service was disorganized and god awful slow. They forgot half my order and topped the visit off by refusing to sell me a custom drink. Which is crazy since most drinks are customized.

While I was sitting in the drive-through this morning waiting for my food, the barista, Darla, took it upon herself to start a conversation with me instead of shutting the window like she easily could have done. She told me it was only her third week and that they have many new baristas right now, but I told her she’ll get the hang of it. I was really impressed with her being so new that she decided to strike up a conversation with me instead of sitting there and “awkward silence “.

Consistently wait 20-30 minutes for very simple drinks like refreshers or Americanos. I used to love my local Starbucks but it’s really gone downhill with the staffing shortages.

The bad reviews are spot on. Drinks always made incorrectly, wait times are absurd, there is always a huge crowd/line of unhappy people. Know several former regulars who won’t go near this location. I started going 15 mins out of my way to avoid this store. The new manager is a disaster but complaints go unhandled by Starbucks. It’s a shame.

Writing this review from inside the cafe. The staff knows my drink, they know my name and greet me every time I walk in the door, and, when I walk in after work everyday, I know that I’m going to get a genuine smile. I make the joke that this is my “Cheers.” My drink is always beautifully prepared and delivered very promptly. This location is superior. Thanks!
Service at this store has gone way downhill. Staff are frequently sitting in the dining area - taking up space for customers. Large groups of young, unsupervised kids frequently hang out here and are a disruption.
