Friendly staff, always clean, drinks made right, but the service is painfully sloooow. I try to avoid this location if possible and go out of my way to visit other locations. You should too unless you like waiting in line for 20 minutes.

WORST drive thru service EVER!!! I ordered a tall peppermint mocha no whip kids temp and I had to repeat it 3 times and then with 3 cars ahead of me waited 15 mins to get my drink!!! WORST!!!!!!

Cancelled order after waiting 22 minutes for a latte. Everyone in the drive thru got their drinks though. Pretty sure he could have made my latte in the amount of time it took to cancel and refund my drink.

Worst starbucks in town. They prioritize drinks for their favorites as they walk in even when people are in store waiting 30+ minutes. I (now formerly will not return to this location) have been stuck waiting for 30+ minutes many times as a former semi regular. Today I complained and got results. Current staff is terrible. Miss older team. They were amazing.
I order a PSL and what I got tasted like an americano with pumpkin spice flavoring. I ordered through drive through during the week so it could have been a fluke

my brother went in and ordered drinks for me and my friend this morning, this is the text i sent him with the orders: grande white mocha blended with a shot of espresso and a grande chai with mocha. now tell me why the starbucks employees struggled so hard? my brother shouldn’t have been waiting more that 35 mins for two drinks. what about my text didn’t make sense to them? they literally read the text phone in hand and didn’t even get the drinks right. starbucks you need to train your people better or hire people who actually have more than one brain cell cause this is ridiculous.
