This is our favorite Starbucks location in Ft. Wayne. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a good experience. Being Right off I69, we see a lot of different people passing through as well as the usual locals.

Went inside ordered 2 hot chocolate. Gave me one then gave me some kinda iced hot chocolate. The lady kindly fixed my order to another hot chocolate. BOTH hot chocolates tasted like coffee. Horrible we don't like coffee. Will probably never go back to a Starbucks again.

Go to this Starbucks at least once a week. Since the one manager left, our drinks are often made wrong. Just today we ordered a grande, hot chocolate and a hot chai latte. They have very little taste so it appears they didn’t put but maybe one pump of syrup in the drink. About two weeks ago I was given the wrong drink totally. Also when I asked for my drink extra hot a lot of times, they must not read it correctly and they put a shot of Espresso. When I took it back the last time the barista said no we didn’t do that. I clearly know the taste of anything but the hot chocolate. Many times the Starbucks is very busy and some of the staff are chatting away, which slows the process down. Starbucks do better with the You’re charging!

Even though they were busy, they were aware of people coming in, ensuring that they greeted them with a friendly face. I'd only been in there a couple of minutes waiting on my mobile order when one of the baristas asked me what my name was and went out of her way to get my drink ready ahead of time. Crazy good customer service! Many other Starbucks locations could learn a thing or two about this! Thank you for making this a good experience!

Ashlyn was very rude to me and make my order wrong. She was honestly very annoying and didn’t listen to me. She was just talking and not paying attention to me. She’s the reason why me and many people I tell about will not be back! Do better Starbucks and maybe… FIRE HER?
The App underestimated ready @ time by twenty minutes… my order: tall extra hot latte made w/heavy cream. What I received: barely lukewarm cream with almost no coffee taste. I couldn’t wait another 25 minutes for a new drink or we’d have been late to an appt. 9-6 9:30am

Problem solving skills or approaching situations with logic was absent two mornings in a row at this location.
If someone has a mobile order, and is picking it up from the drive thru, asking them to spell their name leaves people to wonder what is missing in this locations process.
It should be noted that ordering on the app and picking it up at the drive thru is something I have been doing for years. I have had many pleasant experiences, but this is the only location that asked me to spell my name…

Of all the Starbucks locations in the Fort Wayne area, this one (5723 Coventry Lane) is the best one from my experience -- and it's all because of the staff. They are genuinely nice people, friendly, engaging, conversational, yet still incredibly professional. I stop here on my good days and even on my bad days, and I always leave feeling happy or energized from my interactions with the Starbucks crew. If I had the power to give them all bonuses and a raise, I would do so immediately and without hesitation!
