This Starbucks Location is fast and friendly and is a great place to grab a quick coffee. Their lobby was clean and is a nice quiet place to sit and relax for a moment while sipping your drink. The staff was friendly and fast and were able to make suggestions and answer questions. The atmosphere is uplifting and welcoming.Parking: There is a free parking lot

This is the second time I've been to this location where I did not receive a protection sleeve around my hot cup. Please be aware that handing me a hot cup without a protective sleeve can't hurt

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The fact that right after I had a baby and was waiting in line after leaving the hospital and was turned away because of their slow customer turnaround time is nuts! I waited 15 mins in line and got to the window and they told me it was closed! I said “can I please have a coffee, I just was released from hospital having a baby” they said “sorry, we are closed.” Really couldn’t believe that and I continued with “I have been in line for 15 minutes and the line wasn’t moving.” They didn’t care and still turned me away!I have attempted to go to this one again after this incident, only to be greeted with rude staff that shouldn’t be working in customer service industry! Just today I asked if I could use my stars on my purchase, they didn’t listen, went and got my coffee and told me I still owed money, twice in a row, very rude and she said “you didn’t tell me you wanted to use stars.” SUPER RUDE! When I actually did tell her, she just wasn’t listening because she is incapable of multitasking.Don’t waste your time going here. They are also out of cold brew and food items constantly! Just go to the Starbucks on Jefferson! Staff is friendly and always helpful in getting you what you need!

Always gotta love this place. COFFEE! Look, if you don't know what you want just tell them the kind of flavors you are normally into and they will get you right! I've tried this method 4 times and not been disappointed yet lol. How many places can you go not knowing what you want and they figure it out for you?!? I tried to use my Big Brothers Big Sisters free drink Friday in January coupon and the woman at the drive through refused to let me have a tea instead of coffee. My coupon clearly stated any drink, but the employee/manager refused to help me. I will not be going back.

2nd bad experience here in a week. 1st came in the other night and our drink was slid at us at the counter with no eye contact or thank you from the barista. Tonight, tried again, ordered and waited inside for 35mins, finally just asked for my money back. One guy doing signage, didn't even come to help, because his job is signage. Sad, I used to be a batista and customer service always came first. Guess those Starbuck standards aren't what they used to be. Hopeful everyone else has a good experience here, I will not be back to this location.

Not enough employees for dec 25, should have anticipated for the busy day. Aside from not having enough employees scheduled the service was decent.
The fact this Starbucks has such a high review is frankly shocking. The staff is rude and the person who took my order barely acknowledged me when I spoke. I tried to explain to them how I wanted my pour over, and she said, “We have recipes for it” and I tried to tell her that the recipe for MY coffee is on my cup I brought. She then just said, “yeah I got it” rudely. Also, the tables didn’t look like they had been wiped down.

The service was poor. I placed a mobile order at 6:16AM on October 30th 2023. I arrived at the window a few minutes later. I told the lady my name at the window and I couldn't really hear what she said. Apparently she said wait one minute for me to check on it. I pulled around to the window and she greeted me and said my name? I said yes. She said. You should have waited at the speaker. I told you I was going to check in your order. Seems to me like she was concerned about her timer that is tracking how long it takes to make a drink rather than being polite to her customers. Starbucks usually has great service with happy employees. I'll Be shopping at Dunkin now.
