I’m giving it a 4 overall. The baristas were friendly and the store is very cute however the drive thru gets all the attention and if you pop in for a quick cup of drip coffee you wait and if you dont receive the proper amount of sugar and cream then you wait EXTRA long for help. I was not the only customer experiencing this. There were 9 partners on the schedule when I was in. Crazy that no one focuses on the face to face guests any longer. BRING BACK THE CONDIMENT BAR Starbucks so we can fix our own $6 cupper!!!!!
Parking: The entrance is from the side and if you want to avoid the drive thru mess it’s difficult to find the other entrance.

This Starbucks on Dupont Rd in Fort Wayne, Indiana is always busy but they move that drive thru line extremely efficiently. The food is always good and they always get my drinks made correctly. The workers are very pleasant. Not all Starbucks are the same. This one is a 10 in my book.
