Used to be a good place, not anymore. Drink quality is not great, staff isn't as friendly since complete turn over, never have napkins and straws for the large drinks. When I go to the other stores they have those items so what's the excuse?

I love Starbucks but recently it’s been a pain. With stores being closed inside and drive thru lines being outrageously long. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the line I finally get my stuff and had to dump my whole drink out because it was disgusting! I always order a strawberry acai refresher with water and it’s almost $6 for the size I get and It literally tasted like plain barely flavored water. I literally paid $6 for a water with two dried strawberries on top. Do better.

Slow, slow, slow! The wait in the drive through, with only two cars and individual drivers in front of me, was far too long. It needs to be improved…a lot.

My rating is based on the interaction of one employee today. However since this location opened there's been a rotating staff and has its good rotations and then there's today's. I had a mobile order which included hot food items. The order was placed at 7:08, I walk in at 7:25 and I see that all my hot items are waiting for me, great...however when 7:30 rolls around and no drinks I get concerned about my food getting cold. I approach the register to enquirer and the "gal" is obviously on script regarding what she sees as "annoying" customers like me. She says "well when was it placed"? Basically getting ready to preform a bad scene "of customers know nothing" when I tell her my concern is that my food is cold. She sarcastically offers to remake the food. I agree, then wait some more with my cold drinks for the warm food. Then... I have to ask about the food items, which are just sitting behind the counter and not at the mobile pick up area. She grabs the bag, stares me down and says "I hope you have a great day" again in a sarcastic tone. Here's the deal...not every time YOU as a service industry worker mess up and fail to complete a task...is it that the Customer must be having this horrible day just looking to take her/his anger out on a poor overworked barista who's just trying to do her job and service the community during the pandemic. I'm sooooo over that mentality. This chic needs the do self inventory. Not to mention, I was only checking to see if my drinks were coming soon...no one was pulling a Karen but the Karen behind the counter, while training another employee.

I have found this crew to be hard working and willing to help. They have been understaffed and overworked and have managed to help me figure out a way to make a drink to suit me. When Mobile ordering or curbside is available I am happy to use it. These folks deserve understanding. If you keep your order simple and uncomplicated or well explained if it's necessary because of food/allergy issues that makes the whole process better. Keep up the hard work Maysville!!
