Neither one of us have ever waited anywhere near this long for coffee @ Starbucks. Over 30 minutes.... Over 30 minutes my husband and I waited! To top it off, when I received my coffee, my name wasn't on it, but there were smatterings of caramel syrup all over the outside of the cup. Absolutely absurd and so unprofessional! Don't even get me started on the ordering and checkout process....smh

This is one of my favorite Starbies to go to. I go in almost daily and my drink is always made correctly. There have been a few time I even screwed up ordering on the App and they fixed it for me no problem. As soon as anyone walks in they say Hello or Good Morning. Staff is super friendly and they know their stuff.

Last 2 times I've ordered refreshers they have been out of the inclusions "fruit". You still pay full price.. but if I were to ask for extra fruit I'd probably be charged extra.. They say it's just for color, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as if the fruit were there.

Service upon ordering was great, however it took forever to get our drinks and girl making them, very tall girl, didn't smile, seemed upset and kind of rude...all of our drinks came out at different times instead of all together so waited almost 25 minutes inside for order to be complete on 2 frappachinos, 1 hot chocolate and 2 macchiatos. Also store definately needed cleaned and no sleeves for hot beverages so kids had issues holding drinks. We were able to get an extra cup from the nice lady who rang us up.
Great, as always! Wish they had apple crisp year round!

Packed both times I've stopped here on my travels but it's clean and they tend to have all the food options available. It's a big hard to get in and out if peak drive thru time. Easy to get back on the highway from.Kid-friendliness: Clean family bathrooms, just wish places still used paper towels, the Dyson hand dryers Re scary to little ones.

I've been to this starbucks multiple times and well, it's not very good. If you order any hot coffees with whipped cream be prepared to get half a coffee. Also the white mochas always taste like burnt milk not like other starbucks white mocha, which are sweet.

Today was one of those days they are rushing around I ordered 2 venti Carmel Ribbon crunch I basically got iced milk with the Carmel crunch on it no Dark Carmel sauce or Carmel drizzle smh Get it together

This is my favorite Starbucks! The relationship you make with everyone here is so genuine and personal! They are absolutely amazing beyond kind thoughtful and all around make your morning not to mention the best Carmel fraps! They take time to personally know you by name and when you’re in there studying every day or even coming through in the morning, they’re still there to cheer you on. I truly love every single person here and highly recommend you visit.

The work station behind the counter is very sloppy, dirty .the counter had spilled liquid..pieces of (fruit), splashes of cream or milk on frig door I went to drive up window the frig door was not wiped or cleaned from the day beforeThe staff is always polite and friendly.
