OWEN the barista here was awful. he should get fired we got a caramel ribbon crunch and he only put 1 shot of espresso in it (there suppose to have 3 shots) it tasted awful. then we got a caramel machiato and he did the same thing. when i asked him to remake them he told me' no thats how they are made'. so i told customer service and they made him remake them but then he muttered to himself the whole time and said a few swear words quietly. and he didnt puy caramel crunches on my caramel ribbon crunch. absolutely the rudest guy ever. PLEASE FIRE HIM............

I had a mobile pick up order and I decided I wanted a breakfast sandwich. This guy with a Harris sweatshirt told me to repeat the order two times and when I was done with order he decided to talk about me to his coworker about how I didn’t know what time it was. You complained about it but it took you two times to get my order right before it was even 12. just unprofessional.

What a disaster. I completed a mobile order, arrived to pick it up about 10 mins after the expected time to give a little extra time to prepare it. I was told they “didn’t” have the travel box I ordered. So instead of trying to figure out a resolution prior to my arrival they just waited for me to get there to tell them.The box holds 12 cups of coffee. Shouldn’t have been that complicated. They hadn’t even brewed 1/3 of the coffee to have it ready. I asked several questions to get only blank stares and “I don’t know”responses. After 10-15 extra minutes of waiting it was clear my order would not be ready in any reasonable amount of time so I needed to leave. I asked to just have my money refunded as I couldn’t wait another 20-30 mins I was told they couldn’t and I needed to speak to the manager. I called on my way out to get the manager’s information and was told it could not be shared. I then asked to have her call me and I was reassured she would. I called two times and she never returned my calls or was “there” when I called even though I called after the time they stated she would be in. I had to work with the Store manager of Kroger Josh (he was fantastic) to get my money refunded.

Went there on my work break (June 7, around 9ish). There was one person working and they were very cool. Order was taken nicely, drinks made correctly. Overall, props to them for running the store alone and doing a good job!

I usually have amazing service everytime I go there’re before or on my break at work. Though the past couple times my drink has been given to me super sticky and coffee dripping from the cup. The lady that took my order and made it seemed like she absolutely didn’t want to be there. I said have a good day and was friendly and none of it was reciprocated back
