What is going on with this location. As of 12-2-24 the bigger girl thats younger with glasses stand around on her phone goofing off. I will order online drive there go grab milk and stil have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to make them. The new crew working the starbucks isnt good at all. All young. All lazy. Why is it taking 30-40 minutes after my order is placed for them to make them? This isnt a 1 off thing. Its a daily occurrence.

I went in today and I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks on st Joe Kroger . Today I was very disappointed on the service the girl who was taking my order was disrespectful when I was having just little trouble ordering their new drink she seem very annoyed, kept rolling her eyes and giving attitude. The lady who made my drink her name was Natisha . When she got done making my drink she placed it rough on the counter and threw my straw and walked away . Usually the workers are very friendly but today was just not it :(

I understand companies cut back employees during low business hours and sometimes leave one employee to do all but lets make sure the employee can 1, keep up and 2 communicate with customers. Under trained and under experienced employees should not be working alone. Its not fair to the customer or the stressed out

My daughter and I drove out of our way to arrive here only to find no one around. We waited for 12 minutes and when a girl walked up at 5 minutes till 9, she says they are closed. So does she make her own hours for this location?

Our order is always hit or miss here. One time I was given curtled cream in my coffee ?Today on my coldbrew I only received about a half inch of cold foam and one of our egg bites was missing the bacon and 1/3 of the egg bite ? why???? I know they get busy but that's ridiculous to say the least.I'm no longer giving any Starbucks anymore of my $$$
Someone please tell the young lady working there with dark hair and glasses that she needs to keep her hands out of her mouth. She was biting her nails the entire time I was looking at the menu to order and while I was telling her what I wanted. Then she was making drinks and serving them! Ewww!

The hours in this store never been accurate. On Monday 09/12/2022. I placed an order, when I got to the register nobody was there. I waited almost one hour before the Barista showed up and the you know the rest of the story. I had to wait for her to get her setup ready and then starts working on orders. Starbucks if they care about their Brand they need to have a follow up and make sure this location meets the company high standards.

One barista there, specifically Cierra is absolutely terrible at customer service. Very rude and unfriendly, always seems to have an attitude and takes a very unnecessary time to make drinks. I probably will not return.

Terrible customer service experience. I walked in to get a drink, their door was unlocked so I assumed they were open inside. Every single barista looked at me like was intruding on their space and doing something very wrong. They said “we’re closed”. I reminded them their door was open and they proceeded to mean mug me and tell me they were closed. So I awkwardly walked out with one girl explaining they forgot to lock the door. But no apologies and no one offered to serve me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
