I had to put my dog down today so I took him to get a pup cup. Of course it’s not normal for dogs to have caramel but the workers were so sweet and understanding with the situation, they were willing to add a little bit of caramel to his pup cup before I took him to the vet and they were so sweet. This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Fort Wayne

The Baristas are amazing! They are upbeat, kind, funny and are consistent in making delicious drinks! They made me fall in love with Starbucks again. My favorite Starbucks has changed not only physically also internally to the point it was an undesirable place to stop. Now, I got it back with another Starbucks and I couldn’t be happier. I love my Starbucks

I love all the girls here. They take care of me and my co-workers from NIVES all the time. I want to give a shout out to the weekend girls. This morning I was taken care of. I came in a little earlier then I normally do (I’m a regular Saturday and Sunday morning customer) one of the girls who was supposed to open wasn’t there so when the next girl (I’m sorry girls I don’t remember your names and I feel horrible cuz you all know my name and my drink. I’ll do better )...
