I frequent this location because it is closer but I will say the service here is not as good as other locations. The location on US 27 is equally as bad (i blame their manager because it’s her not the staff) at this location it’s the opposite! There is a manager with a short hair cut PHENOMENAL but the drive thru staff could be better.todays incident I had to speak out because it’s bothering me ..Starbucks is doing promo for reusable cups with the purchase of a holiday drink. I tailored my order specifically for that because it’s my coworkers birthday and wanted to treat them.drink comes out halfway filled without the cup. I ask the drive thru cashier “puck” i thought you were giving out reusable cups for holiday drinkscashier :oh we are out of them, we are waiting for a shipment of them.me:(there’s a stack of them behind her literally 4 stacks!) oh because there’s some over there?cashier: i just grabbed what i could..no resolution no nothing? i’m irritated because why did you blatantly lie instead of “oh i forgot” or here let me get you a cup.this is so simple but i feel like we pay for service we should receive it. i know the other locations wouldn’t have that energy. it’s 7AM, it wasn’t a rush and it was literally a simple fix. i’m just over this location giving us whatever service at this point i’ll drive 8mins out my way for downtown or illinois road.

I am thankful to have a location on the south side, but that doesn't mean we don't want the same service we get at the locations on other sides of town. They are ALWAYS behind by 10+ minutes when you order on the app. If you plan on stopping on your way to work, place your order 10 mins before you leave home.It's also very messy and looks unclean where the drinks are made. I hate this and look forward to it improving so I can do a review and be able to give 5 stars.
