Mikayla is so awesome. Everyone there is always so friendly, however mikayla went above and beyond when I took my daughter today. My daughter bought her drink with her own money and after ordering my drink I realized I did not have enough money. I told them never mind for my order, but they said, okay that will be right out. Thy were pretty busy in the drive through, so I was very surprised! Wonderful service!

Yeah, I had a great iced Americano... I like that they use cups that don't require a straw... The staff was really friendly and got my drink out very quickly. It's a mall Starbucks so it's not the cozy coffee shop atmosphere I crave but there is some seating scattered around.

Line took 15 mins to order, then waited another 35 mins for my drink, A Venti Frappuccino. There were people that ordered after me that got their cold drinks first. And when the lady that was behind me asked about her Frappuccino, the barista said that the one girl making Frapps was new and had to figure it out by herself so it would take longer.

I'll be cutting back on my Starbucks purchases due to the increased number of stars required for a free coffee. It will require about $100 in regular purchases to get 1 free cup of coffee. NO customer appreciation in this move.

It's the mall starbucks so I get that it won't be on par with the larger establishments but our particular visit was terrible. The staff is mostly teens and they had their friends hanging out and ordering drinks which is fine , the bad service portion started when one of the barristas decided to gift all of the cake pops to one of the friends without even considering asking if anyone in line wanted to purchase them. The friend who kept laughing and joking with all the barristas(while there is a line of poeple waiting) received stellar service and when it was my turn to order, the barristas reaction was one of frustration and I felt like it was a burden for her to take my order. Needless to say, will avoid this location.

Starbucks is a joke I went in and ordered a cookie and a glass of water I waited 15 minutes to get a glass of water they said you have to wait behind everyone else who's getting drinks made with all kinds of different ingredients it's a joke I could have ordered a steak at Applebee's and got it sooner than a glass of water and a cookie here.

I went there two get two drinks. They made my daughter's completely wrong, which of course I didn't realize until I got home. It was $6 something so that is annoying.Also, they had 6 people working, but there was one worker who did everything but work. She wore a goofy hat and got in all the others way seemingly on purpose. She cared more about being funny and making drinks for other workers than actually doing her job. She would throw bags of coffee at other workers and tried to juggle empty cups at one point. All while lots of people were waiting.

Sherri obviously doesn't care about her staff or customers. She a terrible manager and I can't believe she is allowed to run the place. No people skills, no sense of time management, and extremely rude to customers. She should be ashamed of the way she treats people.

I like Starbucks but the mall location always seriously lacks in customer service.They ladies working were all rude.I wanted a straw and stood waiting so I reached around and grabbed one and got scolded.For 6-7$ a drink they should be on top of it and maybe treat customers better.

I have to give this Starbucks a 5 star because I always get the same drink and this Barista was so close to being as good as my normal Barista.

This location is usually the best I’ve been too. Today was a huge exception. One of the crew members (Emily) was extremely rude. When going to pick up my drink she threw the drink and straw. The drink was then leaking, not feeling like dealing with rudeness I just dealt with it. She then turned away and went to hide. This is very unprofessional and I feel bad for the other staff who may have to work with that.
