slowwwwww. i've never seen a Starbucks this slow in my life. They're terrible at multitasking. You ask for the most simple one or two ingredient drink and you'll see them making another order while you're waiting at the window and then they'll make another order if you ask them for sugar the lines are always long for no reason. But obviously it's like the only Starbucks other than the one at target which is great but it's not open at good hours

I have ordered here before and have had the same problem of wait time. They have 5-6 workers every time I come, it was not busy and I got to the store the time it should be ready and it was not waiting another 20 min for them to make it and every time I ask for light ice. I never get light ice I get a lot of ice, so it makes me wonder if the ingredients I ask for in my customization is even correct. I told myself the first time I had this happen I wouldn’t come back here but it was along the way to our next destination and my husband ordered it so unfortunately I got the same crappy service as the first time. It hasn’t changed. And it doesn’t feel encoring in there they are to busy dinking around and socializing amongst each other to care about us and our drinks. Picture of supposed light ice that’s a lot of ice to me

Ordered online and ordered extra caramel in my caramel ribbon crunch and there was no caramel in it or on the bottom of the cup I ordered here all the time and have never had an issue like this

Great experience. Had to tell the young man how to make a Zebra Latte but he was willing to learn and was very polite. He made a perfect Latte.

Found not only an eyelash but a hair in my boyfriend sandwich. His refresher was also all ice and barely anything to drink. We will not be returning to this location.

Ordered drive thru. Iced chai latte. So far the worst one yet. Thanks for the lightly flavored milk. Come on do better quit with the pumping the chai so fast, your not giving what is required. Shouldn't have to come inside and have it remade, do it right. Go downtown and take some lessons from them. Only place so far doing it right. Ordered it around 5:00 never even finished it. Waste of money

It was a hot day and I went to the drive-thru to purchase a cup of ice so I can add it to a drink that I already had. The worker said to me that they stopped selling ice not too long ago. That doesn't make sense, So I went somewhere else and spent my money.

One of the nicest Starbucks I frequent. They are always helpful when I stop by and I even ordered a drink to the wrong Starbucks before, and they remade it for me at this location.

I just went through the drive through and whoever the girl was that was getting married soon was SO. SWEET. One of the best experiences I’ve had through a drive through!

Wow what a shame. I love this Starbucks but man did they put a horrible employee up at the window. He has one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. I came to pick up an order I placed ahead and was met with a tood and a blunt greeting with what felt like no enjoyment for his job. Ruined my whole morning. Couldn’t stop thinking about it. My friend just went today and had him as well said she felt the same way. He rushed her through the ordering process and tried to have her leave the line without her food. Man what a shame.

This is a very awkward Starbucks. 2 2 top tables in the middle, a long bar, and then one long table which had one person on a zoom call. Then a 4 top in the corner that had an employee taking up the whole table with their laptop. Also the staff wasn't friendly that day
