One of the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Stop here a few times a week. Workers always smiling, welcome all guests and send them off with “have a wonderful day!”
Went to a Starbucks in a small city west of Fort Wayne. Not even a hello. Didn’t call my name for my order and they were having an unprofessional conversation behind the counter. They must forget the guests can hear everything!

EVERY WORKER in there was at a station, working the whole time to push orders out, and still smiling and greeting customers like it was a breeze! Will absolutely start coming here every time. It made my morning to see such a calm work place in a place of work that usually feels so busy! Amazing job everyone. 😁

This is probably the best Starbucks in town. The workers are amazing and not cheap about filling the drinks. The drinks they make are always so delicious! I appreciate them so much! I also love their little message on the cup!

This is by far the slowest drive through I have ever been to in my entire life. Not just starbucks drive through, like ANY drive through. There could be one car at the window when I arrive on line and it still takes a minimum of 15 minutes. If it wasn't right next to my job, I'd never come to this location. People are friendly but what takes them so long is a mystery to me.

The staff here is phenomenal, no doubt. Being only a hop, a skip, and a jump away; why would I ever buy a coffee maker for the office? Today was the Pumpkin Spice kick off apparently. Lucky me to be offered a sample muffin and tiny cold brew. Amazing! Went with the Pumpkin Latte; Tasty !

Everyone who helped me this morning knew what they where doing and had teamwork figured out. Who ever wrote the cute little puns on our drinks needs a raise! 100,000,000/10! I hope someone reads these to them and let's them know they are all doing a good job!
I order the same thing 90% of the time! Venti Mocha Latte, sub soy, extra shot, cinnamon powder, 'no' whip with Kale/mushroom bites. People are good persons here but they are just not very quick about getting things. I don't go through the drive-thru 'here' anymore due to the way Starbucks designed this stores drive-thru! On busy days with multiple other traffic coming & going - this is a nightmare & quite dangerous at times!!

I door dash. This place takes forever. Today I apparently wasn't waiting politely enough, I never said anything but probably wasn't Smiling one of the employees asked me if everything was ok. Told her I have been waiting over 10 min on my dash. She said orders are made in the order they come in, which isn't true because when I got there another girl told me she would push up the order. It was never even started til after I got there & she told the next dashed the same thing. Maybe try hiring employees that don't stand around trying to pick fights with customers & instead can do their job. Starbucks crappy employees make me have bad reviews so I'll pass them along. If you're ordering doordash do it from a different starbucks the rest of them are good.
