This location is a joke, I come in not knowing they have decided to reinvent the wheel and climate walk in orders, she tells me it's only for mobile orders and drive thru, I tell her my commercial truck won't fit, to which she responds "there's another location 2 miles up the road for you" and walks away. Gotta love this new millennial customer service, smh

Overall I had such a nice experience here! The service was incredible, felt like I was well treated and attended to. I believe Savanna was their name, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Drink was made perfectly.

Surprised to see the amount of poor reviews recently, I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a couple of months now and every time I am greeted with a smile and usually a small conversation. Lovely workers and excellent coffee.

They have coffee!!! No customer service but they coffee. Entered the store and instantly felt unwanted, as the 3 ladies just glanced at me without speaking and kept on doing what they were doing. Might I add No one else was in the store!!! After 3 minutes I was asked "Do you have a mobile order".... to which I replied YES... and that was all the conversation consistent of. Preceeded by her just placing my drinks on the stand and walking away. By far the rudest staff of any local Starbucks

Took my niece to get coffee, we ordered inside but it’s very obvious this location had no seating. The heavy set lady up front continues to remind us that we cannot sit in store (as if seating was available). We were the only latin and Asian family in this location at the time, and since no other customers coming were treated this way, I felt very much profiled and out of place. Racism is very much alive at this location

I am a truck driver and i visit many starbucks but ...this one is the worst one. Definitely... They have only drive thru option and only online option for ordering ...the staff is rude and unprofessional. I ask them for simple order just black coffee...because I can't use drive thru with semi truck...right?!!..But they refuse me..and tell me ...we sorry ????

Some of the staff were rude. We’re waiting for the rest of our order inside the shop and was told we weren’t allowed to stay and hangout at the table. OBVIOUSLY we’re not gonna stay here there’s no where to even sit we’re just waiting for our order lol. She definitely didn’t have to say anything unless we had gotten our order and were hanging around.. Not to mention they tossed our food on the counter

We stopped here while charging the car. We walked across the street to find that they only accept drive-through or app orders. They did make us two coffees, but my coffee is so small. It looks like a baby sippy cup. It’s a “short” not even a small. At least they clean up the garbage around the perimeter. The coffee was meh.
