No interactive service! The couple I was with ordered milkshakes with their meal. Didn't get them until they were done eating their meal. By that time , they didn't want them.

You'd think a self serve restaurant would be quicker. Waitied 30 mins for 3 burgers and fries. The fries and cheese sauce were lukewarm. The garlic burger was good but sadly steak and shake is no longer a place I'll seek out for food.

Paid with all one’s Brandon was absolutely perfect at matching mine and all my girlfriends energy perfectly he was absolutely amazing definitely would recommend giving him a raise no clue what he makes but this man needs more

I do not like at all that you can only order at a kiosk and you don't have a server anymore. However it was probably the best steak and shake food I have had in a long time. Super Fresh very delicious piping hot it was

Very different from every other steak n shake. Fresh, hot food and friendly staff. The worked quickly. Also, very clean restaurant.
Place has went down hill greatly. Food is still good/similar but good luck getting it within 30mins for a fast food chain. Don't go to the drive thru later in the day it's 50/50 if they decided to close it for the night. Love the place but avoid this location.

Didn't care for the self serve ordering kiosk or the lack of a waitress. The food is now served in plastic baskets and you have to dump your own tray. Part of the charm of going here used to be the old school vibe.
