Great place to eat now. They have easy to use kiosks for ordering now, then you sit down and they bring your food to you. The process was simple, and the service is quick. The food is very good, burgers are cooked perfectly and the tomato was nice and fresh. Fries Are excellent, like I remember from years ago.

I honestly love Steak ‘n Shake , but this one was just something else. Tables all over the place are dirty , floor hasn’t been cleaned in over a month , the bathroom was filthy, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. Certain staff was disrespectful.

I really hate to give Steak 'n Shake a less than 5 star. I really like Steak 'n Shake. But this particular location was a bad example. Most tables were dirty. The restroom smelled and look like a porta-john that hadn't been cleaned for a month. Now the food, it was excellent as usual, including the chocolate shake. I don't like using "kiosks". That was another negative.

Everyone hates your kiosks take them out or offer a human to order from. You know like we have since ... forever Also if you could unpadlock your pop machines. That is about the most inconvenient process I've ever been a part of. You're telling me ypu were having enough people steal fountain pop that you needed to buy, a scanner, pay for extra reciept paper, and have a soda machine that can be programmed to deactivate after 10 seconds. If this is what all the resteraunts are going to, I understand why people are eating at home

I paid for three fries. Got home and only had two. Paid extra to get bacon on the triple. Had no bacon on sandwich when I got home. Would highly recommend ordering inside so you can check your order before you leave.

I have been to many Steak N Shakes over the years, this is the cleanest, most welcoming, kind , quick on their feet of all of them I have been to.
The food was hot, came.out fast and they were packed inside and a drive through line that didn't seem to end yet . I place my order, while I wait two different employees check on my table.
These staff and managers deserve a bonus. How well they are doing it!!!

Didn't enjoy using the kiosk for ordering. Didn't know about using the scan code on bottom of our receipt to use the soft drink machine. I ordered fries but, was given gooey cheese all over the fries. But, the worst offense was at 7 pm an employee came into the dining area and began dragging chairs to place upside down on the tables!! Making loud annoying screeching sounds. Manager was of no help, made excuses.
Order a burger just to find out that they have hair in it took it back inside told them about it they remade, just to bring me out another one that has hair on it. So I took a look in the back and seen that NONE of the chefs wears

So I love steak and shake! Just want everyone to know that.. I even used to visit this particular steak and shake as a teenager. The kiosk has killed this place! I remember the place used to be packed and have servers etc. Now going In we are greeted with kiosks and no customers inside. The kids mentioned the odd feeling of being the only ones there. I would like servers to come back and have a better social environment to eat in. The food was good but we miss people!!
