Subway in Fort Wayne

“Seriously, this is the best Subway location! The staff is always kind, and quick to get your sandwich made. The bread is always fresh, the veggies always look good, and the place is always clean. I have zero complaints. 10/10 will def keep coming here for sandwiches!“

“I haven't been this Subway in a long time in over a year because my last several experiences were not good. I decided to try it again on Monday morning and am glad I did because it was an overall good experience. My sandwiches were made to order just as I requested, and the staff could not have been any nicer. I won't hesitate to go back again. Two thumbs-up, Subway!“

“Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn't want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn't smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It's hit or miss really...“

“I just happened upon this it's right next to the peerless cleaner company it looks like a barn or something and it's right in the middle of the shopping center there across from Wendy's in Kroger and I have to say they're very fast they're very good the food is spot on and I have frequently there this is my third time so when I find a place that I really like and that does my sandwich really good I go back to that place so thank you Subway“

“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“

“Came in about 20 min til close thinkin they may be upset sinxe I worked at a restaurant at one time and know how it can be some days when u just wanna go home after work. Complete opposite of my assumption. Very friendly staff. Allania (not sure if it’s spelled right) and other young lady who was working were amazing and funny and made 3 Great sandwiches! I’ll def be back!“

“Generally, people at this location are nice. The only problem I see is that it takes forever even if there is no line inside or out to have someone take your order and make your sub. If you ask for extra sauce of any sort, you often end up somehow with none and have to come back. Which is frustrating. If I'm ordering fast food, it's because I'm not at home or am not going home, so it's not like mayo or ranch is at my disposal. That's the only criticism I have.“

“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“

“I place a mobile order and went in before the expected ETA since I was in the area. The staff was so nice! There were many mobile orders that the employees were working on, but they were still very personable! I'd highly recommend this location!

“The young man who took care of us was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the product and made suggestions if we hesitated. Would like to clone him for other restaurants. As far as atmosphere, it's a Subway. It was clean! What more do you want! We were there at 9 pm.“

“stopped at subway this afternoon. Only one worker there in entire place. There was a line of people. Trenton, the worker handled it great. He was polite,didn't complain & apologized for the wait. It was messed up that he was there by himself, & yet he handled it well.

“This place is very nice inside and the service was really good. I was there around 830 at night and there was a young guy with glasses I think named Zack. He was probably the most professional and polite person I have had help me at a subway.

Overall was a great experience and we would definitely go there again.“
