Subway in Fort Wayne

“Very friendly & professional people. They were very busy between walk-ins, online orders and the drive through. They had an online order they had trouble locating. When they located it they put it in between my wife's sub and mine. I was impressed. It didn't take them much longer to get ours done and they didn't get all worked up about it like I might have. Very skilled employees.“

“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“

“Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn't want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn't smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It's hit or miss really...“

“I’d like to start off by saying Subway is my son’s favorite. We’ve been to many of them in many different states. We have a running joke that no matter where you go, the subway employees are always miserable and seem to hate their job and serving you. Today, I went to this subway off Lima for the first time. This was the first Subway I’ve ever been to that I didn’t feel like a bother to the employees. They were both very nice and helpful. Completed my subs just how I liked(I’m pretty picky). I told my son about my experience and his first question was where because he was genuinely shocked I had my first good experience. Place was nice and clean as well. I’d definitely recommend this subway over all the others in Fort Wayne hands down.“

“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“

“I place a mobile order and went in before the expected ETA since I was in the area. The staff was so nice! There were many mobile orders that the employees were working on, but they were still very personable! I'd highly recommend this location!

I had my kiddos in the back who were not being the most quiet and he did not get frustrated rather interacted with them through the speaker!! “This place is very nice inside and the service was really good. I was there around 830 at night and there was a young guy with glasses I think named Zack. He was probably the most professional and polite person I have had help me at a subway.

Overall was a great experience and we would definitely go there again.“
