Subway in Fort Wayne

“Very friendly & professional people. They were very busy between walk-ins, online orders and the drive through. They had an online order they had trouble locating. When they located it they put it in between my wife's sub and mine. I was impressed. It didn't take them much longer to get ours done and they didn't get all worked up about it like I might have. Very skilled employees.“

“Seriously, this is the best Subway location! The staff is always kind, and quick to get your sandwich made. The bread is always fresh, the veggies always look good, and the place is always clean. I have zero complaints. 10/10 will def keep coming here for sandwiches!“

“I just happened upon this it's right next to the peerless cleaner company it looks like a barn or something and it's right in the middle of the shopping center there across from Wendy's in Kroger and I have to say they're very fast they're very good the food is spot on and I have frequently there this is my third time so when I find a place that I really like and that does my sandwich really good I go back to that place so thank you Subway“

“Came in about 20 min til close thinkin they may be upset sinxe I worked at a restaurant at one time and know how it can be some days when u just wanna go home after work. Complete opposite of my assumption. Very friendly staff. Allania (not sure if it’s spelled right) and other young lady who was working were amazing and funny and made 3 Great sandwiches! “Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn't want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn't smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It's hit or miss really...“

“Staff looked overworked but did the best they could do.I get it , and people call off, not trained to deal with certain situations that arise. Don't let it get you down.Please don't forget to stir the hot and cold stuff that sits undisturbed for a while. it makes it look decent.I appreciate all,servers that do their job right.“

“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“

“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“

“I place a mobile order and went in before the expected ETA since I was in the area. The staff was so nice! There were many mobile orders that the employees were working on, but they were still very personable! I'd highly recommend this location!

“Generally, people at this location are nice. The only problem I see is that it takes forever even if there is no line inside or out to have someone take your order and make your sub. If you ask for extra sauce of any sort, you often end up somehow with none and have to come back. Which is frustrating. If I'm ordering fast food, it's because I'm not at home or am not going home, so it's not like mayo or ranch is at my disposal. That's the only criticism I have.“

“The young man who took care of us was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the product and made suggestions if we hesitated. Would like to clone him for other restaurants. As far as atmosphere, it's a Subway. It was clean! What more do you want! We were there at 9 pm.“

I had my kiddos in the back who were not being the most quiet and he did not get frustrated rather interacted with them through the speaker!! “This place is very nice inside and the service was really good. I was there around 830 at night and there was a young guy with glasses I think named Zack. He was probably the most professional and polite person I have had help me at a subway.

Overall was a great experience and we would definitely go there again.“
