I went there and waited 30 mins for my food. I got home and the “footlong” nachos were only half filled. I ordered a BLT and got home and it was a BMT which I couldn’t even eat because I’m 23 weeks pregnant. Very pissed about my experience there. We won’t be back
This is the worst Subway in town. A bunch of teenagers that could care less about their customers, or making a decent sub. They don’t pay attention to your order, have zero manners, and just don’t care to be presentable. Not to mention the wait time when the place isn’t even busy. Do not eat here.
This place is poorly ran. I put my order in at 12:30 in the drive thru line and it is not currently 1:03 still sitting in my car. I didn’t go inside since I have 3 small kids and they are now crying due to sitting here. This is honestly the opposite of fast food. After today will not be returning.
Zero stars all around. I ordered my food at 11:50am, and waited over an HOUR for 2 subs. I understand you may be short staffed, but making subs is not a hard job. Jay, was moving at snail speed and had no sense of urgency as 3+ online orders and 5+ walks in were in store all complaining. Do not come here you will waste your time. This isn’t the first time this has happened either!!!
The last several times I have visited there has been an alarm going off every few seconds. Absolutely horrible experience.
I came in on Saturday, and this absolute cutie named Drayden made my sub. After I paid for my sub I went into the bathroom and started beating it. I thought about him and came almost instantly.
This place has become very disgusting to eat, especially on weekends, and the woman named Natasha is very rude and throws things around and makes sandwiches as if they were vomiting. She saw a piece of bread on the floor and kicked it away, and she also threw a jar of mayonnaise and didn't even pick it up.
Brayden was professional, polite, and very customer focused.
Forgot to put extra tomatoes on my sandwich and wanted me to bring it back to have it remade unfortunately I was on my lunch break

This is review is strictly on the drive-thru, but this franchise forcing you to use a giant touchscreen to order your drive through order is terrible. The screen did not work half the time and the other half I was trying to navigate a screen I had never seen before. Beyond all of this, they made my food wrong not toasting my sub and missing toppings. Not a great experience, there are much better Subway franchises in the city to frequent

Stopped by today and J.W did an awesome job on my sandwich! I can be a little picky but he was kind and patient and it was literally the best sandwich I've ever had from subway! And it LOKED amazing! Could took a picture and used for a commercial lol. Seriously. Best subway in town!

We were welcomed as we entered. I couldn't expect perfection at 9:15 pm. But..when we asked if we could eat inside the restaurant, was told no, that we could eat outside in the 90° weather when the store didn't close until 10 pm was a little disappointing.
Ordered online just to watch walk-in after walk-in get helped before my order was prepared. Pic is of the loaded BLT with TWO slices of bacon on a footlong. Order was supposed to be ready by 6:30, did not get subs until 7:10! Reached out to customer care, have not heard back.
