Clean place, but the smaller, older short lady was super rude. Rolling her eyes at me the whole time. I asked for no bread, planning to do the salad. She asked if I wanted a protien bowl, I had asked if it had rice and she ignored me. Then she said so do you want it? And I got a little annoyed.. i asked you does it have rice? She said no... anyways. The young guy could tell she was mean and you could see he felt bad. He was great, and finished my order.

First and last visit. Our food was good, but service was terrible. New employee, so, I understand, no problem, charged me for a meal I did not want, but neither could give a refund. Ended up having to choose things I didn't plan to get so I could justify paying for a meal I didn't want. I'll go other places, thanks. But the food was really good.

We go to subways often and a lot of times I go to the Subway on the corner of Maplecrest and Rothman. I never have problems there. It is inside the Lassus and they have great staff that work at that location. I just happened to be a little further away from there and chose to get an online order from another location and the order wasn’t ready until 20min after the time promised ordered online. I don’t know maybe it was just an inconvenient time to place an order and they were extra busy maybe. It was supposed to be ready at 7:10p which doesn’t seem to be at rush hour.

Terrible Service at Saint Joe Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana! Only 1 person ahead of me, and we stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting for Service. The employee never said a word to us about our wait. I finally left.

Whoever was working on November 16th needs to get fired. Waited 20 plus mins on a mobile order that said was ready just for her to give attitude, make our sandwich very messy, and make one completely wrong after saying that wasn’t ours then gave it to us. Whoever she is needs terminated
