Whoever was working on November 16th needs to get fired. Waited 20 plus mins on a mobile order that said was ready just for her to give attitude, make our sandwich very messy, and make one completely wrong after saying that wasn’t ours then gave it to us. Whoever she is needs terminated

I don't think it's common practice to have to tip if you use a debit or credit card. My girlfriend was told on 7/7/24 at 3:49 pm buy a lady named Justina a female African american employee that she had to tip before she used a card. Something doesn't seem right here. There needs to be an internal investigation on your employees telling customers they need to tip if using a card. I've never been to a Subway where tipping is mandatory. I will be following up with the corrupt business behavior.

We came in at 9:30 on Saturday June 22nd. They closed at 10:00, so we still had 30 minutes. There were 2 employees in the restaurant. The lady (Mallory) was cleaning the bathroom & the other who was a male (Chris) was doing the dishes. We suppose they were working on closing duties as it was close to closing time. Mallory had asked Chris to take our order so she could finish cleaning the bathrooms. Chris came out & started making my sandwich. Another customer walked in & Mallory asked Chris “ is this the only sandwich for this order?” And Chris responded with “yes”. I said “oh no, I’m sorry he wants a sandwich as well” Mallory rudely rolled her eyes and said “of course”. Mallory standing there waiting for my sandwich to come out of the toaster… looks at Chris & yells “ come on Chris, you need to pick up the pace. We don’t have time for this”. Mallory was extremely unprofessional with not only the guest in the restaurant, but her staff. I suggest you never to come an hour before they close at night, or she will make you not feel welcome & give you the same unprofessional service!!!

I place a mobile order and went in before the expected ETA since I was in the area. The staff was so nice! There were many mobile orders that the employees were working on, but they were still very personable! I'd highly recommend this location!

I like this subway, only subway I go to in Fort Wayne they always make my sandwich right n bread is always fresh ,but some people do need training nkt all of the worlds are the best .
Placed an online order, they had it made in time. However they failed to make the sub properly, when I called to let them know the person who made the sub, I'm assuming was the manager or assistant, lied. When I brought it back and showed them that they indeed messed it up, they still lied. It's not hard to toast a sandwich, but when the bread is soft with no signs of toasting and still can't admit they were wrong, I would hate to see how they would react over an actual issue other then toasting.
This subway was awesome.. at lots of places these days you pay more & get less, at this subway here they HOOKED me up. The whole crew was very nice & respectable. The guy who made my sandwich was an absolute pleasure to deal with. More places should take notes from this subway. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Excellent experience ? ? ?

I had my order delivered never ever had a problem with that . always got what I ordered in the past except today missed one item. the tea... no other drinks were ordered. my son likes tea and I dont have any. even to make. sooo... one little thing okay but it did upset my son. settled for moms lemonade.

My last visit was the last straw. I ordered online, someone else picked my food up. That's possible because they make the food and sit it on a dirty shelf in the lobby for anyone to walk in and take. I was accused of picking it up already. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be remade after their other orders were finished. They only employ young workers who have no customer service knowledge. The girl working was on the phone gossiping while unfinished food was sitting on the sandwich making counter and the young man was scrambling trying to get food made. The place is always filthy and every staff I've ever encountered are rude and untrained professionally. Corporate seriously needs to come in and clean house. Will never stop at this Subway again.

This location can be a little hit and miss, but I've had good experiences the last few times I've been. Friendly and relaxed employees, quick service, and good food. One employee even gave me a coupon to save me a coupe bucks on my order! That guy rules!
