I place a mobile order and went in before the expected ETA since I was in the area. The staff was so nice! There were many mobile orders that the employees were working on, but they were still very personable! I'd highly recommend this location!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and kind staff

I like this subway, only subway I go to in Fort Wayne they always make my sandwich right n bread is always fresh ,but some people do need training nkt all of the worlds are the best .

Placed an online order, they had it made in time. However they failed to make the sub properly, when I called to let them know the person who made the sub, I'm assuming was the manager or assistant, lied. When I brought it back and showed them that they indeed messed it up, they still lied. It's not hard to toast a sandwich, but when the bread is soft with no signs of toasting and still can't admit they were wrong, I would hate to see how they would react over an actual issue other then toasting.
This subway was awesome.. at lots of places these days you pay more & get less, at this subway here they HOOKED me up. The whole crew was very nice & respectable. The guy who made my sandwich was an absolute pleasure to deal with. More places should take notes from this subway. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Excellent experience ? ? ?

I had my order delivered never ever had a problem with that . always got what I ordered in the past except today missed one item. the tea... no other drinks were ordered. my son likes tea and I dont have any. even to make. sooo... one little thing okay but it did upset my son. settled for moms lemonade.

My last visit was the last straw. I ordered online, someone else picked my food up. That's possible because they make the food and sit it on a dirty shelf in the lobby for anyone to walk in and take. I was accused of picking it up already. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be remade after their other orders were finished. They only employ young workers who have no customer service knowledge. The girl working was on the phone gossiping while unfinished food was sitting on the sandwich making counter and the young man was scrambling trying to get food made. The place is always filthy and every staff I've ever encountered are rude and untrained professionally. Corporate seriously needs to come in and clean house. Will never stop at this Subway again.

This location can be a little hit and miss, but I've had good experiences the last few times I've been. Friendly and relaxed employees, quick service, and good food. One employee even gave me a coupon to save me a coupe bucks on my order! That guy rules!

I literally just watch the woman making my sandwich sneeze in her hands while holding my pepper Jack cheese for my tuna sandwich..I didn't say anything, I paid for it and through the Sub away...YUCK

Ate the first half of a chicken bacon wrap inside and took the other half home. Went to eat the other half today at work and the 3rd bite was really weird. I could feel something in my mouth so I pulled it out. It was a wadded up plastic straw wrapper! I NEVER used a straw. I had a small water cup. This plastic wrapper was shoved inside my wrap!!?? That’s literally so disgusting. 10 dollars for a soggy garbage wrap
Used a coupon that I had for 2-footlong’s $12.99 for lunch - it ended up being a little over $13.99+ instead but it’s probably due to the toppings. Both were very yummy & bread was so fresh. I had a BLT & the other sub was a steak & cheese. No drinks or chips/cookies & it was a to go order.

This is my first time to Fort Wayne. People are so welcoming and comfortable which made me feel like home until subway ruined it. The is a trauma experience for the first time visitors like me. The staff is disgusting and it made me sick. I dint even wanna stay there and left the food over there. Hope not to see that place again forever

This subway is NOT IT. My boyfriend picked up an order on his way home from work tonight because I have Covid. He gets home and they gave us a 6 inch instead of the foot long ordered. He calls and informs them and they argue with him on the phone, to learn that the worker read it wrong because it was a #6 and they thought that meant six inch apparently. Anyways, he has to go back to get his foot long, and they gave him another 6 inch!!! He got a toasted sub so his other half will be cold by the time he can eat it! So he was like "can I get A footlong like I ordered and paid for" and they said no because they already gave us a 6 inch! He was like "if you're not going to make me a foot long can I at least get a cookie?" And they said NO! Because they "made it right" because 6+6=12, BRO NO!!!! HE HAD TO GO ALLLLLL THE WAY BACK AND HAVE TO EAT HALF OF HIS SANDWHICH COLD AND SOGGY. They eventually gave him a fountain drink but he had to practically beg. Poor customer service over a damn sub. Or a cookie that probably cost them .50 cents when we paid wayyy more to drive back for HALF of a warm sub. Will never return. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Toilet paper was also out during this visit. Workers are less enthusiastic to greet you when you enter the establishment. For a food establishment I won't trust it to be safe. Some little kid (under 16) was behind the counter engaged in back mouthing. This is not how to run a business.
