Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap online through door dash. Got a ranch chicken wrap (no buffalo). Called in and they said they could remake it but I had to go in and bring the other one back. I ended up having to leave work to get another wrap that was missing cheese. Check your orders! So annoying

I am going to stop going to this subway. One person in line in front of me and it took 20 minutes. They toasted my sandwich and then took it out and it sat on the counter for 10 minutes and got cold while they made sandwiches for drive thru customers. I asked them to retoast it since it got cold and it ended up ruining the sandwich when i went to eat it after i left. Then I went to pay and the woman working typed in the wrong change amount and could not figure out what 25-4 was without a calculator. I told her it was 21. Terrible experience!!!

Stopped in for sandwiches on at 6:20pm on a Wednesday night. THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD AND NOT MAKING MORE. The guys working were clearly focused on quitting time our the MANAGER/OWNER IS CLUELESS. I have had numerous problems at this Subway over the last year, this is the first time I’ve written a review. This time its over the top, who runs out of bread at a Sub Shop?

We have gone there several times, at different times of day, and the issues are always the same; so we will not go again. We have to repeat our orders and they are often incorrect when we get them. The tables need to be attended to if you dine in. I do not know why someone would invest in a franchise if they do not want to make it successful. We went there for convenience, but it is simply not convenient if you have to experience poor service. We go the extra distance to the many offerings on the Kroger out-lots.

Dont go to this Subway. I didnt feel welcome there at all. I walked in not greeted, just looked at. There was one fellow behind the cashier doing his thing with another customer. This tall skinny guy "Fred" comes slummin around the corner, looks at me with no emotion. Then proceeds to take his sweet sweet time to come up to me. Where he then just come up to me and looks at me. Doesn't say a word, doesn't offer me what bread id like. Nothing. Just looked at me lol this dude was a joke of an employee and he treated me like this the entire way through the line. Sloppy sandwich was made with WAY to much mayo and sweet onion sauce. Like way to much. The employees never take out the trash there and there are always flys in there. Management needs to get a grip.

This Subway was terrible today. There was only one person working. They were out of tomatoes. They only had enough cold cuts for 1 6 inch cold cut sub then they were out. The ice tea was basically just water. Looking at the other fixings they were going to run out soon. With just 1 employee on duty several people in line got frustrated waiting and just left. If I hadn't been the first one there I probably would have left too. They should gave just closed up for the day.
