This is a great subway location. The sandwich station is clean and theyve had really fresh bread every time we've been. They are typically very efficient. Honestly one of the better locations we've been to.

They need more staff. 20 minutes to get a toasted sub. 10 minutes of that time was waiting to check out while my toasted sandwich cooled off. Then the employee couldn’t figure out how to apply my coupon. Don’t be in a hurry.

Ordered on the app and watched the bar go over to “ Order ready “ when arrived 5 minutes later at the store they still hadn’t started the sandwiches. Not sure why the app said they were ready?? So I still had to wait another 8-10 minutes. Sandwiches were made well though and tasted good. 3 star is just for the app apparently being wrong.

It’s stupid that SUBWAY doesn’t accept any of there deals unless you use the app and some deals are only available for certain locations! Whether you accept the deal from the app or in store you’re still receiving the customers money at the end of transaction!

I was at your store Tuesday evening 10/29/2024. I encountered the rudest woman ever, behind the counter. I told her she needed to lose the attitude, it kept up. She slammed my food order down on the counter at the end. I won't be back to the Lima Rd store. She needs to find a job, that's not in customer service.

Came in about 20 min til close thinkin they may be upset sinxe I worked at a restaurant at one time and know how it can be some days when u just wanna go home after work. Complete opposite of my assumption. Very friendly staff. Allania (not sure if it’s spelled right) and other young lady who was working were amazing and funny and made 3 Great sandwiches! I’ll def be back!

So I asked her what did she say and she yelled at me and kept asking what I want to order like she was mad or something. That was soooo rude Service. Wish I can put her name on here but I didn’t catch her name!

Ordered online and went inside store. There were two ladies and one pretending to be a man. The lady said she would make my order in a minute. I ended up waiting 30min and watched the two ladies serve the drive thru and every other walk in before making my order. This was outrageous and then after 30min I finally received my order. When I drove home I found the sandwich with the wrong bread and nothing in it. I will never be coming to this location ever again. Hopefully the general manager will contact me and make this correct.
