I’d like to start off by saying Subway is my son’s favorite. We’ve been to many of them in many different states. We have a running joke that no matter where you go, the subway employees are always miserable and seem to hate their job and serving you. Today, I went to this subway off Lima for the first time. This was the first Subway I’ve ever been to that I didn’t feel like a bother to the employees. They were both very nice and helpful. Completed my subs just how I liked(I’m pretty picky). I told my son about my experience and his first question was where because he was genuinely shocked I had my first good experience. Place was nice and clean as well. I’d definitely recommend this subway over all the others in Fort Wayne hands down.

Please staff your stores appropriately, I ordered a sandwich online today, after 30 minutes I went to pick it up, and was told by the staff they had no idea when they could get to it. Turn off online ordering if you cannot fulfill the orders! I went hungry today for lunch, thank you Subway.

Made are sandwiches completely wrong ask for black olives and no tomatoes then gives me tomatoes and no olives sandwiches made completely wrong then I called and hung up on me twice

This is a great subway location. The sandwich station is clean and theyve had really fresh bread every time we've been. They are typically very efficient. Honestly one of the better locations we've been to.

They need more staff. 20 minutes to get a toasted sub. 10 minutes of that time was waiting to check out while my toasted sandwich cooled off. Then the employee couldn’t figure out how to apply my coupon. Don’t be in a hurry.
Ordered on the app and watched the bar go over to “ Order ready “ when arrived 5 minutes later at the store they still hadn’t started the sandwiches. Not sure why the app said they were ready?? So I still had to wait another 8-10 minutes. Sandwiches were made well though and tasted good. 3 star is just for the app apparently being wrong.

Sandwiches were great but they shut down the drive thru due to being behind. Line was long and they didn't have enough employees. Staff was very friendly.

It’s stupid that SUBWAY doesn’t accept any of there deals unless you use the app and some deals are only available for certain locations! Whether you accept the deal from the app or in store you’re still receiving the customers money at the end of transaction!

I was at your store Tuesday evening 10/29/2024. I encountered the rudest woman ever, behind the counter. I told her she needed to lose the attitude, it kept up. She slammed my food order down on the counter at the end. I won't be back to the Lima Rd store. She needs to find a job, that's not in customer service.

Came in about 20 min til close thinkin they may be upset sinxe I worked at a restaurant at one time and know how it can be some days when u just wanna go home after work. Complete opposite of my assumption. Very friendly staff. Allania (not sure if it’s spelled right) and other young lady who was working were amazing and funny and made 3 Great sandwiches! I’ll def be back!
