Lexx initially refused to remake sandwich after it was made incorrectly and continued to give me a hard time after yelling at me upon arrival and behaving in a rude fashion.

I feel horrible for the girl that is working. She is the only one here with a line full of people and couldn't even get started on my mobile order till 2:35 when I got here at 2:25 (when the app said it was ready.) I'm in no talking bad about the employee working because she was absolutely slammed! There is no reason someone should have to run everything by themself. This girl deserves a raise if she's going to be the only one here.If you're going to own a franchise then take care of it. The manager should be in here helping this person.. absolutely ridiculous!

I’m feeling blessed that we have people who are honest and thoughtful during this time of year - I had been running for 2hrs after my office Christmas party to finish last minute shopping for our family Christmas tomorrow and my last stop was Subway off Lima Rd. One hour later after I could change clothes and actually sit down awhile our doorbell rang at 9:30 thinking who in the world could that be? My husband answered the door and I’m thinking it’s one of our neighbors but instead it was the young lady who helped me at their store and presented my wallet!!! I apparently was sooo ready to get home and did not realize I placed my wallet on the counter . Her response after praising and many thanks for going out of her way to bring it to me was “ It’s Christmas! “ So should you ever stop in at the Subway off Lima in front of Lowe’s please give her a great tip !! Her name is Lexx! I will definitely be reaching out to Subway to let them know they have a great employee ! I’m still smiling and proud we still have young people with caring hearts!I wanted the manager to be aware of this employees service above and beyond!Dietary restrictions: calories listed helps with decisions and restrictions for people with diabetesParking: sufficient

Picked up a sub for my daughter. The man was very nice without complaining when I asked him to make another 6 inch to make a foot long at the window because I accidentally ordered it wrong. My daughter enjoyed her Flatbread Sub and took one home as well. Happy daughter was my Destiny.

Noah was filling in from another store today and was completely alone managing the drive thru and a busy lobby. He was efficient and kind and had a very good attitude. Noah has also given excellent service at the other subway location that I think he’s usually working at. I was happy to see as we left another team member came in to hopefully make his day a little easier!

Typical subway shop located near lowes in Lima road. Ordered thru the app for the BOGO event they have going on. Usually they follow my instructions perfect but it seems two different ppl made my subs. One was so tiny that it didn't have any of my extra veggies on there as I asked. It also had bell peppers which I deleted so I had to pick those off. It barely had any condiments that I asked for which was Mayo and sweet teriyaki sauce and the tomatoes were def out of season. Barely any lettuce and I couldn't detect any cheese. The bread was slowVery very stale which I find common with subways bread the other one was decent. I ordered it with the same ingredients but subbed out teriyaki for garlic aioli which I couldn't taste at all. Both had the shaved chicken on there which was good. Ingredients on this one seemed to be a little better fresh but thr jalapeños this time were so hot I had to pick them out and the juice leftover in the sub still made it hot. They both were wrapped snug as a bug in their collective paperings but we're not served warm from the roasting they got. Overall it's a standard gas station that I am glad I only paid for one. At $10 for two it's a deal but not much more. Def didn't satisfy my craving for a delish sub and I could have made a better one myself had I the ingredients. I found this one thing to be interesting. In the drive thru window there was a sticker that said locally owned support local. Hey, I know they're a franchise and local people own it but it's still a franchise ppl. In the end though they still need business to stay afloat so I always say try it out yourself and support this time support your local owners of a franchise!!

Awful service! My husband and I pulled up to the drive through around 8:50 and the subway closes at 9:30. When we pull up the young man on the speaker says “its gonna be a while because he has an order before us.” The place is completely empty but we give him the benefit and wait assuming there is an online order. As we wait patiently He does not speak again until 9:01 pm. He then comes back on and asks if we have an online order. We reply no and he says okay well since it is after 9 pm I can not serve you.! After waiting in the car with a fussy toddler for close to 10 mins he waited until 9:01 to say he can’t serve us after 9. The place closes at 9:30! Absolutely horrible service, Negative stars feels more appropriate.
