If only I could give -10 stars. I had an online order and went to pickup, 6:35 it said READY. I got to the store at 6:50 and waited 35 MINUTES, almost making it a whole HOUR AFTER MY PICKUP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY. Walk-ins came in (atleast 6 people) and they HELPED THEM BEFORE MY ONLINE ORDER!! Literally needs to be closed down or new management. Would never recommend this location.

We ordered online and picked up. When I got home with them, my sub was missing green peppers, pickles, banana peppers and had absolutely no sauce! Will not be going back to the one on rudisill/Calhoun ever again.
Every time I come to this location everyone is friendly! Fast service! Great service overall staff has a great team! Customer service is on point! They ask how your doing and make sure you got everything you need! Thank you!!!

Very clean restaurant. It is pretty small not a ton of seating. There was a short line when we got there but employees got through them quickly. The preparers made the subs just a little different. Same result. Food was good.

Seriously, this is the best Subway location! The staff is always kind, and quick to get your sandwich made. The bread is always fresh, the veggies always look good, and the place is always clean. I have zero complaints. 10/10 will def keep coming here for sandwiches!

Poor service, poor food quality. Last time i went here (Jan 2024) I got the wrong order, they gave me someone else's sub. When I tried to get my money back, I was told I would need to call the manager the following day. After calling 6 times, I have gotten absolutely nowhere, I then wrote a message to corporate where they responded with a sorry to hear that and nothing more. After paying for subs I did not want and spending a good hour attempting to call just to get my money back and a failed message to corprate. I feel it is fair to say this particular Subway is trash, you can get better subs literally anywhere else.

Filthy!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. They change gloves but dont wash hands. . They touch non food items and don't chaneg gloves. They can't even figure out extra lettuce. No reason to eat here. You are taking your life and health in your hands.
