Every time I’ve ordered from this store my order has been messed up or is missing entire sandwiches. I only wish there was a different location nearby..I ordered again only to find out they lacked what I ordered but tried to charge me for it anyway. This store is worthless.

Worst “fast food” experience of my life. Come to this subway if you want to wait for an hour and get food remade multiple times and ITS STILL NOT RIGHT! I ended up just having to leave with whatever they gave me because my lunch was over. Complete incompetence on every level! Never again. Unfortunately, I had to give it a 1 star which is way too much in my opinion. I don’t normally give reviews but this was honestly a horrible experience.

My wife and I went through the drive through. We both ordered flat bread subs with all the veggies except olives, but we received two subs with no veggies, just salami and pepperoni slathered in mayo. When I went in to ask them to fix our order, they refused to remake it and gave me veggies in a salad container to put on the sandwiches ourselves. So we attempted to build our sandwiches in our car, which as you would expect was super messy and our bread was soggy from all the mayo. They didn't even give us all the veggies we ordered in the little salad container. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn't seen to care at all or try to help us out. Overall very disappointed and will not be going back to this location.

Very helpful young lady working here. We came in New Years Eve around 5pm. She made great sandwiches. Friendly employee. This was our first time at this location and will order from here going forward.
The location on Coliseum needs new management. Only two employees during a busy lunch is ridiculous. One walked out while I was there. Took 30 minutes to get my sandwich. Line to the door and several cars at the drive thru.

So the parking lot is built more towards a drive through, so it's very small.The lettuce looked old so I went with spinach. They got the bread wrong right away, and the bread seemed old. I'll never go back personally but maybe it's a staffing issue.

Service was decent here before, but they've recently started closing early. The lights and open sign are still on, but they say that they are no longer taking orders like an hour before they close. I've gone though the drive thru a few times and been told that they are not taking any more orders. You'd think they just would turn the lights off or put a sign up that they are closed.
