I just happened upon this it's right next to the peerless cleaner company it looks like a barn or something and it's right in the middle of the shopping center there across from Wendy's in Kroger and I have to say they're very fast they're very good the food is spot on and I have frequently there this is my third time so when I find a place that I really like and that does my sandwich really good I go back to that place so thank you Subway

??? I HOPE THIS ISNT A REFLECTION OF SUBWAY!!! The manager “Heidi” told me she was not able to help me after someone on her staff messed up my online order. She told me to provide the receipt and then she would be able to assist. I pulled up the online order receipt and tried to show her and then she became very aggressive and dismissive. She was very rude and made a complete scene raising her voice at me saying that there’s nothing she can do for me and until she has proof from her staff member that our orders were done incorrectly but until then we will not be serviced. It was a busy time so I stay professional and saw myself out as to not hold up anyone from being serviced. This is seriously unacceptable behavior in my community and I truly hope something is done about this. At this point it’s not even about the incorrect sandwiches, it’s about the service and character of the “leader” of the staff. Not sure what training is like in this company but I’d assume her behavior was unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. ???

I'd like to say they had terrible service, but in truth there was no service. There's 1 person working and 8 people waiting in line and growing. If you want to get your food in a timely manner, go somewhere else.

I will never go to this subway again!! They have really bad attitudes with very poor customer service. My sandwich was thrown together because I asked for something extra and falling apart as it was being wrapped up by the worker. I tried to call to obtain corporate number and nobody answered the phone!! Me and my coworker were treated very badly!! I will not tolerate this type of treatment when I’m spending my hard earned money!!

I ordered through the drive-through and no one‘s fault but the speaker you could not hear very well. I had a mixup with the sandwiches. I came back into the store and Aubrey and JJ were amazing to work with they redid my sandwich. Made sure it was to my liking and now I have the right sandwich!! Much appreciated to both of them

Usually I don’t write reviews, but I was incomplete utter when I got my sandwich we only get a 30 minute break. There was one car ahead of me and I was in drive-through for 20 minutes when I pulled in there was no cars in the front mind you some people could have walked in, but I doubt it with it being on Coldwater Road I asked for a toasted sandwich it was barely toasted. I asked for extra bacon and the bacon was not even crispy at all. I asked for extra Spinach got barely some, As for extra tomato you would I thought I asked for a light on everything After spending $17 on a meal you would’ve think it would’ve been way better quality. That goes a lot me as a nurse. I look forward to my lunch break but only to be this disappointed to not even eat my sandwich fully I won’t be back again. I might as well order a restaurant with that type of price And get a better meal. I was thinking about going back, but I didn’t even want them remaking my sandwich honestly.

Food quality and service have only gone down as prices have gone up. Subway released their "Series" menu specifically to speed up service and ensure consistent quality, but every time I've come in, the employee's been confused if I ask for something on that menu. After one too many bad experiences, we're calling it quits. There are 3 or more other Subways within a 3-mile radius of the store, so if you absolutely must have an overpriced sandwich, go to one of those instead.

Parking: It has two electric chargers, but don't bother parking there unless you immediately plan on going in and buying something and leaving immediately after. I talked to a manager a year ago about charging here and they've never had a problem with it until I randomly got approached by an employee who decided to harass me about it as I walked past the building. A regular visit has now become a never visit. But hey, at least you saved three bucks I would have gladly paid to charge there if there were even a single sign present which stated such a requirement.Also, the parking spots for curbside just use signs on wheels which regularly fall over (you know, because they're on wheels. In a parking lot.) This means you either can't park in those spaces at all or need to move the sign first, at which point, you might as well just park in a different spot.
