I did a mobile order and added a note about my pregnancy craving. Huge shoutout to the wonderful employee who loaded up my sub and even gave me extra pickles and sauce on the side. She made my whole week!! :D This is the best sub I’ve ever eaten I could cry

The service at this store keeps getting worse. Today none of the associated working even acknowledged customers as they approach the counter.
I had to tell them why I was here.There are 3 people working and there is no rhyme or reason to what each of them are doing. I placed my order for pick up and it was to be ready at 7:15, it’s not. There are people that came in after me that have received their orders.

Seriously dissapointed! Rarely get fast food, decided to get subway, bought 5 foot longs and 2 of them were completely without toppings. No they weren't busy, in fact they had 3 workers doing the sandwiches at the same time but RUSHED our order. Thanks for the bacon an melted chz sandwiches

This subway is the worst in Fort Wayne. Anytime I come to the drive through I have to wait 5 whole mins to order when I always check to see if there is people inside. Absolutely ridiculous. You can hear them talk shit to eachother and they get my sandwich wrong everytime.

I had order a foot long flat bread ultimate BLT with EXTRA Bacon. I didn't realize I had ordered the ulitmate, but it was good. What wasn't good was the $3.00 I had wasted on the EXTRA BACON that I DID NOT receive. I only received 2 slices a bacon with lots of have and salami (which I dislike) and I got all the other stuff I ordered too, except the $3 extra bacon. Normally, I would get 3 slices of Bacon on a BLT, they only gave me TWO, so, that means I was missing more bacon that I paid for. Now, I will not be back at this location. I will not order from your store, shop in your store or step foot in your store. Very disappointed. And, No, I didn't go back to that subway to get my $3 back because it would have cost me more in gas, mileage and wear/tear on my car. And, it's not in the area were I shop. So, Your store made $3 off me..

I had an interview here for a manager position was told they don’t hire managers off the street gotta start as a crew person. I have 8 years of fast food experience and also 4 years of management. They start you out at $12 an hour when you have a family and as an adult their pay is absolutely horrible. I ended taking a part time position I was supposed to start my first day I texted the woman that hired me and explained to her I tested positive for influenza and asked her if I could push my start date out a few days she then proceeded to get me back and say we will just hire someone else thanks. Awful management and awful company to work for. I worked as an assistant at Burger King for two years they treat their employees 10 times better and pay way more then they do never work for subway especially state st. Or stellhorn rd. They also close their drive thru early and the woman that hired me didn’t care at all she is absolutely horrible she should not be in the position she is in.

Placed online order , came in early seen the wraps be made one had tomatoes and one was not supposed to, same for banana peppers, both got it all , when mentioned was told you can pick them off , like no remake it since u cannot read the paper printed out and they were not busy at all and people want $15 a hour for $2 a hour attitude and quality

State street subway. Usually when I ask for extra veggies they only give me like barely five more pieces. But Scarlet is a really good employee. She loaded up that sub for me. This is delicious thank you for your service ?
