Omgggg where do I start. Best subway I have had in over a year. The lady who made my sandwich, was absolutely amazing. I didn’t have to tell her to add more of anything, she just knew. She even made my girlfriend’s salad FIRE, like dude this place is good. Everyone should come here and be satisfied, even on the busy days they are the best. Thank you so much best subway ever

TLDR: 🛑 not worth the stop 🛑
Stopped through while traveling. I was very disappointed with the staffs attitude, they were very unpleasant and drastically underfilled my three sandwiches. I was extremely friendly and even left a 10% tip as I understand people have bad days but this experience was unacceptable.
Also refused to accept the rewards from the subway app, after we showed we had a free sandwich and wanted her to scane barcode.
Finally i payed for a drink and forgot to grab it, the staff made no effort to let me know and only after i arrived home did i realize. I was the only customer present they could have let me know.

Horrible, sat at drive thur for 30min. We had an online order so the order was given 15 minutes prior, and after 30min I pulled around and my wife had to go inside and they told her to wait we have an online order we have to make first, my wife said we have an online order, and they said oh and turned around and they had it all bagged already.
It was cold already! And obviously they had other orders they wanted to do before they get to us and had ours already done, but they never asked us if we have an online order.
One other time they accused me of having fake money and took it from me, and made me come back a couple days later to let me know it wasn't fake, if they would have let me explain I could of told them I came from the bank.
I want my money back, plus enough for the gas I burned up sitting in line.

Staff looked overworked but did the best they could do.I get it , and people call off, not trained to deal with certain situations that arise. Don't let it get you down.Please don't forget to stir the hot and cold stuff that sits undisturbed for a while. it makes it look decent.I appreciate all,servers that do their job right.
What does the word "wrap" mean to you? Employees at Maysville Subway think it means a tortilla folded in half like a taco. Everything fell out when it was removed from the paper. $13 on the car floor. How about NO PEPPERS. Apparently to their employees this means LOADED WITH Peppers. I give up. Not going to this Subway anymore. They need remedial employee training.

Currently witnessing a teenage laying in front of subway on his phone. Not sure if he works for the subway or the restaurant beside it. Or if he even works at all judging how lazy he looks. Just doesn’t look very professional.
Worst Subway I've ever been to. I've had to bring my sub back to be remade on several occasions.
Went in there about 10 minutes ago to get some food. While I was waiting for my fiance to return from the bathroom I watched the girl at the register picker her nose then proceed to eat her booger. Never will step foot in this place again. The person handling food and money is eating their boogers at the register. What the hell?
I purchased a foot long BLT, the bacon strips were so then and few I couldn’t even taste the bacon it’s was like eating a veggie sub, subway is a total ripoff they give very little meat sliced very thin and this is the last time they will be ripping me off. I wish we had more Fire house subs around there subs are REAL subs and taste amazing.

Went through the drive thru and I think there is only 1 person working. You order and then you drive around but the next person in line waits to order until you get your food. It's a slow process.

I understand prices of everything are going up, but the difference in prices at this location versus other locations is ridiculous. Normally I would go to the Hicksville location and get my sub for $10.60 or so. I understand ~$1 difference from location to location, but I was taken aback a little when I went to pay and it was $17! The food was fine and not in any way better than another location, service was a little slow but acceptable, but I can’t get past this location’s pricing decisions. Find a different location unless you don’t mind a 50-70% price increase.

Had lunch with my husband. Ordered 2 6" subs and 2 drinks. Asked for both subs to be toasted. Sat down to eat and they were cold. Took almost 15 minutes to get someone to come to the front to fix them. And my husband's soft drink was flat.
