stopped at subway this afternoon. Only one worker there in entire place. There was a line of people. Trenton, the worker handled it great. He was polite,didn't complain & apologized for the wait. It was messed up that he was there by himself, & yet he handled it well.
Shame on management.

Do not do mobile order. Went to pick up and they were 45 minutes behind! And they kept taking the orders of walk ins and drive up people with 4 people sitting and waiting for online orders that were supposed to be ready. They should have worked on the mobile orders to catch up instead of taking new customers. I understand the workers were young, but they were not rushed or anything. Kept stopping to talk and dilly dally.

Asked at the drive thru window for packets of vinegar. They weren’t in the bag so I asked again at the window and instead I got packets of olive oil. This is the second time this happened

I rarely take the time to write a review unless I had an exemplary or terrible experience. This one is the latter. After waiting over 10 minutes at the drive through, with noone else in the drive through, maybe 2 cars in the lot, which one was probably the employee, finally got to order. The order process took way too long. I had to be put on hold for each item to be added, which was weird. They said their toaster was down, which didn't really matter since I ordered a wrap so I just told them to microwave the meat and cheese together before putting it on the wrap. They did not, so I ended up with cold meat. To be fair, even though it was cold, they put on eveything else I asked for, and the wrap tasted ok. Summary - took way too long to order for the only person in the drivethrough, received cold meat when asked to be heated. Won't be returning here.

Is there a reason you don't acknowledge your walk in customers? I waited 5 minutes then left.....employee was making a sandwich but did not speak to me at all. Sandwich must have been for drive through or delivery because there was no one else waiting

My daughter and I came after getting our nails done Done at Ravenscroft. We came in about 11:10 and we got served at 1125 There's no reason to take that long period you can't see the meats and cheeses because they have the cover obscuring them.

This place is the worst. Bad customer service out of all the locations in Fort Wayne. Placed an order online to the wrong location to get the buy one get one free. Tried to call them as I was told to do to cancel my order, they said no and wouldn't honor that. Told them that the order that was placed wasn't even the order I wanted. The Maplecrest location told me to just place a random order so I could get the deal since they couldn't honor the deal in person, online only. They still didn't want to listen. They didn't even want to make it right by remaking the sandwiches that I actually wanted. I called the corporate office to get a call today that didn't get nowhere. The Manger just saying the workers did do their job and they did honor what I wanted when they didn't. This place is a joke. And they basically took my money. Always running out of of meats and toppings. Just poor customer service to the fullest!!!! Don't eat here unless you want to be disrespected!!!

The manager and staff were too busy talking with each other to give the proper service . They also talked about the team and who was suppose to be working I waited almost 15min to get served and I was the only customer in the store.

I placed a mobile order that told me it would be done by 9:00 P.M. Waited in the store until 9:25 for the food to be done. I’ve worked in fast food so I’d understand 5-10 minutes but these workers were lazy and slow and none seemed to want to make the order so they expected the other to do it. When I finally did get the food we sat down to eat. They saw us do that but they waited till we all had our food open and a few bites before saying they closed at 9. I pointed out that the door says 10 and she said well the lobby closes at 9. Which I know they are not supposed to close until the time on the door since my mother worked at subway many years past. The employees were rude and one was just sitting there on his phone for half of the time I was in there. This was so frustrating to me and it could have been avoided if these employees took any initiative.
