The manager and staff were too busy talking with each other to give the proper service . They also talked about the team and who was suppose to be working I waited almost 15min to get served and I was the only customer in the store.

I placed a mobile order that told me it would be done by 9:00 P.M. Waited in the store until 9:25 for the food to be done. I’ve worked in fast food so I’d understand 5-10 minutes but these workers were lazy and slow and none seemed to want to make the order so they expected the other to do it. When I finally did get the food we sat down to eat. They saw us do that but they waited till we all had our food open and a few bites before saying they closed at 9. I pointed out that the door says 10 and she said well the lobby closes at 9. Which I know they are not supposed to close until the time on the door since my mother worked at subway many years past. The employees were rude and one was just sitting there on his phone for half of the time I was in there. This was so frustrating to me and it could have been avoided if these employees took any initiative.

I tried calling, they picked up and hung up the phone. I called again, it rang, they picked up and someone mumbled “what” in a. Raspy voice and then hung up.

I had come through the drive through of this location. I had waiting a few minutes and not been greeted. I saw another car ahead of me at the window so I had just assumed they were assisting the other car. I patiently waiting for a few minutes and saw the car drive off.. the lady turned the speaker on and off but said nothing. So I sat for another few minutes thinking do they know I’m here? Are they trying to talk to me and the speaker isn’t working? I continued to wait and still no greeting. I finally said “hello?” Where I got a sternish “I am with a customer you will need to give me a minute.” Okay… I had no idea a simple “I will be with you as soon as I can” whatever.. no big deal. So I continued to wait for about 10 minutes at least in total before she finally got on the speaker to say “go ahead with your order” again.. not extremely polite but okay it’s fine. She asks toppings specifically and I specifically say spinach and wheat bread. I pulled up to the window where again I wasn’t greeted for at least another 3 minutes. She opens the window and blurts a total out a me. I asked her if I could have a bag of chips as well so she rung that up and gave me my stuff and I said thank you, her not responding and I drove off.. very strange interaction. Again whatever I get home about 15 min away to open my sandwich only to find the complete wrong bread. It was some herb bread or something that I’ve never tried before and had no idea if I would like.. also trying to be healthier so I didn’t want all the extra calories I think there was cheese in the bread? Okay whatever I try the sandwich and bite into a big bite of lettuce when I had not asked for lettuce at all. It also was a little wilted and brown.. not my cup of tea. So I call the store and explain to them the sandwich I ordered through the drive through and got the wrong items. This sounded like a different lady who answered the phone very polite and sweet. She put me on a brief hold because she seemed to not know what to do. She got back on the phone and said if you bring the sandwich back we can remake it.. I said I’m 15 minutes away at home and I don’t have time. I said I’m just confused how I can be telling you exactly what I want for a sandwich and it gets made as you are asking the bread and toppings. She brought up the wind can be hard to hear over sometimes. I said I understand I’ve worked in a drive through before however this lady didn’t seem to have a hard time hearing me at all as I did not have a hard time hearing her. She said yeah sorry about that and I just said okay and hung up the phone? I’m also just confused as to why a manager wouldn’t just directly speak to me on the phone? I also got these chips and they were pretty burnt actually, which again I know is out of your control. I obviously decided to start digging into my sandwich because I was already home and hungry and needed to get to work, but I bit into multiple FROZEN tomatoes, it was really gross and just seemed like it was just one thing after another. I felt very disrespected and like nobody cared that they had made a few mistakes.

Devon has amazing customer service. Literally went over and beyond for my satisfaction and I’m sure followed every step of service subways expects from their employees. I really truly do appreciate his great service especially with the day I’ve had he most definitely added to the positives for me today thank you Devon!!

Terrible experience. They messed up both of the sandwiches I ordered and you can tell they didn’t care when making the food. Not only was it missing half the items on the sandwiches, they also piled all the ingredients into 1 spot, nothing was laid out like it should have been. 0/10 don’t recommend this

Seriously the worst Subway. We just went through the drive through and had 2 simple orders. We asked for a spicy Italian with spinach and tomato, green peppers, black olives and banana peppers. That's it. She very rudely cut us off and said so everything? We said no, not everything. We asked for just those veggies. Again very rudely she says so like everything but pickles? She needs to go. We said no, not everything. She put lettuce, pickles on and forgot my green peppers. And then added half a bottle of southwest sauce. It was disgusting. On my husbands she added we think the entire bottle of mustard. He threw his out. And then they asked for a tip. Get out. Get new employees.

Every time I place a mobile order my food is never ready when the app says it will be. This is now the 3rd time I’ve had to wait an additional 20+ minutes in the lobby for my food to be made. While customers who walked in after I did have already received and paid for their orders. The whole point of placing a mobile order is so I don’t have to wait for long periods of time in the lobby while the food is prepared. I feel like if I placed an order 20 minutes prior to arriving at the establishment then my order should take priority over the customers who place an order after mine has already been placed. Especially after I arrive to pick up my order at the time I was told it would be done.

Sandwich maker was spitting when talking all over the food. Youre literally eating spit on food. I had to leave. Terrible experience

Did not do my order right gave me the wrong bread didn’t not put cheese on 2 of my subs I do not recommend going to this place!!!!!! Not happy at all and then I call to tell them and they just want to answer and hang the phone up!!!!!!!
