I used to stop into this subway every other day for lunch. For about 5 months it was great id order online drive to the store then pick it up and it was ready to go no problems at all. Last time i went on 4/19/24 i ordered two subs. On my way to the store i received a call they were out of flat bread no problem ill take something else. I then arrived at the store which is a 15 minute drive along with waiting 5 minutes as soon as i walk in i am told by the older lady. "Your the online order right". I said yes. The lady then started to make my sandwiches. The man helping her had to constantly tell her to (chop,chop) and still with the order in front of her had to tell her how it was done. 45 minutes for 2 subs. im sorry but you lost my business.

I was told to wait for a phone call to be made to a manager. After I was told my coupon was expired, the coupon I had was good for another month but not accepted by the register. That was not the problem. I was more than happy to wait while he made the nice patient man's order who had been waiting behind me real quick. The problem came when I had to once again wait. The worker made two other sandwiches for two new customers who came in before he made the phone call needed. The customers who walked in and he served before taking care of me were his family. And I was told they were in a hurry, my food got nice and cold; while Im just waiting to pay for it. My issue was taken care of after his family who walked in after me was served first.

While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.
I drive a truck I needed to order over the phone. They stopped taking orders over the phone so while I was driving, I had to fiddle with my phone to take an order. I ordered two sandwiches and two bowls of soda to go so I could pick them up and go. I get there to pick them up and they tell me sorry we don’t have bottles of soda. It’s like inconvenience after inconvenience. Was going to give me two small fountain drinks which I can’t bring in the truck so I ended up paying almost 7 bucks for sodas I couldn’t even take with me. Definitely was my favorite subway. Not anymore.Just an update the sandwich is terrible. The bread was not fresh. It was not toasted and still hard as a rock. Lazy employees terrible subway.

Lady working the counter was great. She was busy, but made a point to greet each customer and let them know she would be right with them. Amazing attitude! And, she made a great sandwich! Refreshing in “post” COVID times!
