Workers too busy to do night clean up and waited 10 mins just horrible service

The only person that was helpful was that little white girl I believe her name was Skye but the rest of them don’t know what customer service is or how to get off there phones

The bread was HARD, the condiments were barley put on and the meat was less quantity than usual
VERY VERY disappointed!!!!

just left at Subway now, they put too much mayo on my sister sub and also a lot of pickles. She did the regular amount of the other veggies, but when they came to the pickles it's like she did a handful. It's not just my sister's sub, somebody else was like that as well..
Sky did our order, she had a attitude the while making our subs.

My sister stayed in the car, when I showed her the picture of her sub, we came back in. Sky didn't even wrap it up correctly, you could see the bread out.
My sister asked them to remake hers, the guy had a little suprising look when he open the sub. The second picture is how it looked when he unwrapped it.

She try talking to them but the way Sky showed her attitude made her raise her voice. I guess one of them called the manager, and they said the manager had told them we not allowed back in that Subway. because of the way she was talking to them. Due to them being minors.

They took such great care of me!! I absolutely love this team and the great service they provide!

My gf and I were ordering and the 2 people that were working there were smart af with me and my gf they made me and my gf pay full price foot longs after I had a coupon for any footlong very awful service but nice interior

If I could give them a zero, I would!!! I sent my Mother up there to pick me up a cold cut trio meal. She asked for veggies and cheese plus mayo. The only thing on it was meat and mayo. POOR customer service.

I came in and ordered a footlong cold cut and 6 inch chicken the food was made right but what upset me the most was when I was paying I have a disability and my hands tend to shake whenever and wherever I pay for things while I was getting my change I asked my sister if she can grab my $2 because of my hands they instantly started to laugh because of it like are you for real right now I have a disability and servere anxiety! Won’t be back!

I eat lunch here quite often. The ladies that I always see are super nice. They love to carry on conversation. Much better experience now then it was a year ago.

This place is very nice inside and the service was really good. I was there around 830 at night and there was a young guy with glasses I think named Zack. He was probably the most professional and polite person I have had help me at a subway.

Overall was a great experience and we would definitely go there again.

The manager was rude which made me yell. I asked a question about a chopped salad and found out that they didn't have it any more and I was okay with that. So I decided to get a salad with extra meat and the manager said that it would be a protein bowl . I told her that I didn't want a protein bowl and she got an attitude with me and unfortunately I got one right back. I didn't ask for her advice at all. All she needed to do is make my salad and leave it there. Her and her staff didn't have to keep making comments to me about "why is she yelling at us". They really need to listen to their customers.

mann o man .I just keep coming back to leave a review for this store . Just most convenient location but try to hit other locations if I can’t . Never cease to amaze me. Guy making subs is a nice guy but he is not the fastest. He was getting behind and ask his coworker doing dishes for help .. can hear her say something with and attitude and never came to help like I just finished near 13hr shift..went to gym have to get sleep soon before doing it again !!!now you’re stalling me. . Don’t like getting out of character but so close to raising my voice at her to get her attention about not helping

Avoid this store!!! the manager (Jamie) is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met… argues with customers voices her frustrations in front of all customers…. Walked out and will never return!

I guess I learned my lesson on ordering online. Ordered 2 subs with extra lettuce onion and Mayonnaise. Not so much 9n the extra. When I walk in, it's made right.

Their prices are $1-$3 higher than anyone other subway in town and the photo is an example. If you like Italian BMTs aka the supreme meats if you get any other SUBWAY®, it’s $11.89 with no additives if you get it in Waynedale is $13.89. I just think that they’re arriving their customers by not having the exact same pricing obviously it’s cheaper to rent in Wayne Dale and it is the other locations on the northern end of town so it’s not like overhead or more. I think it’s just greed.
