As with most subways decent quick subs

Just left this location was going back & forth with a young lady with braids about how I didn’t want a foot long over a 6’ which I I didn’t know I had to let them know before hand hence why I didn’t ask before hand instead of deescalating the situation she continued to go back and forth with me on how I had to pay for the sub because “she already made it” terrible service won’t be going back. Instead of assuming everyone once a foot long maybe you guys should ask before hand to avoid confusion.

This isn’t the first time subway has taken my money and not received food this is just the first time I didn’t eat the corporate run around. My wife placed an online order and was informed that they didn’t receive it and they took my money. Called asking them what we could do to right this and they refused to do anything wouldn’t at first even get a manager for me. After calling multiple times the manager finally contacted me. When talking to her she said the order is still in some kind of cart and would eventually go through. She did not know when it would come so I wouldn’t know when to get my food. So instead of making my food off my order on my phone they are going to make food throw it away and then I should get my money back. This was the worst customer service I have ever received the female in the store was not willing to do anything at all the guy seemed like he would help but because the manager he has to do it her way. I guess all I can say by the end of this is you want to go inside and pay their high prices inside and not be able to use deals then maybe you can get your food but on the app it seems to be like 50 50 you may get it or you may be out your money.

I have never been to a slower subway... when I say there was no rush at all I mean if there was fire it wouldn't matter..... I was there for about 30 minutes for 3 foot longs and the only one that was remotely close to being okay was the one for my kids.... I had about 3 inches of one side left and it had zero meat on it..... had one piece of lettuce and a bit of sauce in it..... my husband ls sandwich was actually 90% sauce and 10% meat and toppings.... when i first arrived the guy doing the first half of the order (meat portion) was completely ignoring the fact i was standing there and when he finally said something he didnt move a muscle or even look at me. I had to actually ask if he was talking to me because he never looked at me!

The food is as expected. Subway is subway. But the manager is atrocious. Almost every time I’m here she is
Giving employees a hard time. Today she was loudly complaining about how all of waynedale orders lunch at the same time. She has no place working front line. Honestly I doubt I’ll go to this subway again because of her.

I walked into Subway on my lunch time and I can't see what I want for protein they completely covered it and the lady told me they have no control and I think that's very suspicious like they're hiding something. When I was trying to get the teriyaki chicken, there was no teriyaki mixed, and I asked the daytime manager she was like we don't do that at my store, I don't mix it. I don't think I'm ever going to eat here ever again. I don't think the Subway in Warsaw has that problem. At least I can see my protein there. That is beyond ridiculous, which would explain why the store has crappy ratings, gee I wonder why.

The bread was HARD, the condiments were barley put on and the meat was less quantity than usual

just left at Subway now, they put too much mayo on my sister sub and also a lot of pickles. She did the regular amount of the other veggies, but when they came to the pickles it's like she did a handful. It's not just my sister's sub, somebody else was like that as well..
Sky did our order, she had a attitude the while making our subs.

My sister stayed in the car, when I showed her the picture of her sub, we came back in. Sky didn't even wrap it up correctly, you could see the bread out.
My sister asked them to remake hers, the guy had a little suprising look when he open the sub. The second picture is how it looked when he unwrapped it.

She try talking to them but the way Sky showed her attitude made her raise her voice. I guess one of them called the manager, and they said the manager had told them we not allowed back in that Subway. because of the way she was talking to them. Due to them being minors.

My gf and I were ordering and the 2 people that were working there were smart af with me and my gf they made me and my gf pay full price foot longs after I had a coupon for any footlong very awful service but nice interior

If I could give them a zero, I would!!! I sent my Mother up there to pick me up a cold cut trio meal. She asked for veggies and cheese plus mayo. The only thing on it was meat and mayo. POOR customer service.

I came in and ordered a footlong cold cut and 6 inch chicken the food was made right but what upset me the most was when I was paying I have a disability and my hands tend to shake whenever and wherever I pay for things while I was getting my change I asked my sister if she can grab my $2 because of my hands they instantly started to laugh because of it like are you for real right now I have a disability and servere anxiety! Won’t be back!

I eat lunch here quite often. The ladies that I always see are super nice. They love to carry on conversation. Much better experience now then it was a year ago.
