AVOID AT ALL COST. Got a steak and cheese sandwich and foot long pretzel the other night. Started getting symptoms of food poisoning a couple hours later. Symptoms were still recurring the next day and we had to go to the ER. They confirmed it was food poisoning. Called the store and then got rerouted to the manager and claimed we were lying even tho the hospital just discharged us with food poisoning. The manager was uncooperative and wouldn't let me talk about what happened. She kept on saying you can't get symptoms until after 48 hrs of digesting and said it was in our head. Before I could tell her what the hospital said she said you are wasting my day off. Possibly the worst experience I've had. I do not recommend.

They said they o nly had 1 Flatbread and wheat. There were several racks of fresh baked bread but the gal said" I can't use those, I just took them out of the oven and I like my fingers". Ummm whose fingers got them out of the oven. Wont be going

Hated it. The manager is so damn rude and disrespectful. She told an employee he was too damn slow. She told customers they are dumb for buying a bologna sandwich. Guess she doesn't realize that's job security. Who's the real dummy??? Why does she still have a job. Corporate needs to know about her. I wouldn't bring my kids here. You never know what's gonna come out her mouth!!! Stingy with the veggies btw. Says get a salad. Smh

I called to check on an application and their manager was really disrespectful towards me about it. I was at Kroger when I called and they said they were in a lunch rush and that I knew anything about fast food I would know not to call. But it doesn’t matter if that phone rings you pick it up especially when I was across the street and could literally see that you weren’t busy.

Was yelled at to close the door as soon as I entered, then the woman working there proceeded to talk sarcastically about me to other customers. The customer in front of me got frustrated with the same woman’s attitude and then started to walk out when the woman yelled at him for having his service dog in “her store”. The same woman then talked about and mocked the customer with a service dog to the other customers in line. Will never be coming back.

The 2 guys working were excruciatingly slow.We ordered 2 foot long Italian BMTs, and were told that they were out of ham. I asked if they could put more of one of the other meats on it then. He said, "Nope, I'm not substituting".I was a bit stunned, but ok.He put the wrong veggies on the wrong sandwich and didn't correct it when I pointed it out, just kept going.I was just flabbergasted and exhausted after just working a 14hr day. I was over it.

We ordered our sandwiches through the app and when we arrived to pick them up they didn't have any record of our order and so didn't have our food done. The staff was slow and very impolite and took over 20 minutes to make them. We've been there a few times and every time it's been pretty much the same.
