Blonde girl working here at 4:30p on 8-15-24 had no affect; was rude, and refused to restock the guacamole which was empty (it should have been replaced before I arrived as the place was dead.)
When I asked her if she could get more she said, “no.” Get a new job honey, you’re not cut out for customer service. A smile on your face wouldn’t hurt you, either.

The employee that was there had put WAY TOO MUCH of condiments on them sub sandwiches, and also pickles. We ordered online but, I be there to make sure my food done right. She didn't wash her hands before putting her gloves on.

So.. ordered a sub online a little bit ago. Got the wrong bread, there was no bacon on it, and they didn’t put the sauces on it that I ordered. Slightly disappointed especially since I had to pay extra for the bacon. Oh well ??♀️

Haven't had a single good experience with this location. My order has been wrong every time. I've gotten the wrong bread, charged for a footlong instead of a 6 inch, and twice in a row I ordered a pretzel stick and didn't get it at all.

The food is fine, Subway seems to be very consistent across all of its location in terms of the quality of their ingredients.
Where this location falls flat is their ability to, for 4 visits in a row, somehow make at least one major mistake. From overcharging us for subs, leaving out entire items or butchering what we wanted (red onion was never mentioned and it was on there, and apparently a touch of garlic aioli means half the bottle), it's more common for this location to screw you than to get your order right. The location on Illinois Road just a few miles away is far better.

Tried to use the app and it failed to go through. Input card 4 times and it kept coming back as not being able to work. Went to a competitors app ordering and had no problems paying. The SubWay app should have a way for the store to override or pay as you pick it up.

I haven't been this Subway in a long time in over a year because my last several experiences were not good. I decided to try it again on Monday morning and am glad I did because it was an overall good experience. My sandwiches were made to order just as I requested, and the staff could not have been any nicer. I won't hesitate to go back again. Two thumbs-up, Subway!
